I am a rental property Owner in Minerva, Ohio. I spend a good portion of my year in Florida. I use my Big Card and internet order material I need to repair*replace in my rentals and my contractor picks the material(s) up. **The **% back program is incentive to shop Menards, however it seems I'm being penalized because I cannot physically go the store I'm unable to use the rebates I've earned with the **%. It was clearly stated by customer service that I HAD to use the rebates at the store.**I'm a veteran and I get **% off at Lowes in person or on internet orders.. **The fix as far as I am concerned is Menards offers a rebate program and then choses to require the rebate to only be used by the customer in a certain way..
