Nokia is a well-known company with many loyal customers like me. I recently purchased the G50, 6GB RAM & 128GB ROM, but I am facing serious network issues. Despite being advertised as 5G, the network performance is more like 3G, making using apps like WhatsApp a real challenge. I work as a salesman for a major retail company in KSA, and I was impressed by the device specifications during my training last week. However, the disappointing network quality and battery life not meeting the advertised duration are causing me frustration. If I, as a seller, am encountering these problems, how can I persuade my customers to buy this device? I hope Nokia can provide a solution to address these issues promptly. Thank you, a devoted Nokia fan.

Good afternoon, I am Prabakaran from Chennai. I want to inform you that I bought the Nokia C30, 3GB, 32GB Green mobile for Rs. 10,[redacted] at Sangeetha Mobiles PVT Ltd., T. Nagar, Chennai. The mobile had issues like slow touch response, malfunctioning volume button, display flickering, and noisy receiver shortly after purchasing. I visited Shine Solutions, an authorized service center in Chennai on 24.03.[redacted]. The representative was rude and claimed the issues were due to a software problem, although they were hardware-related. After leaving my mobile for service, I faced further issues post-repair, such as network connectivity problems. Upon revisiting the service center on 25.03.[redacted], I was asked to wait for another day, but my mobile and accessories were retained without progress updates. This situation has caused significant inconvenience affecting my personal and professional life. I request urgent attention from your company to rectify these ongoing problems promptly to prevent any legal repercussions. Thank you, Prabhakaran M

Dear Sir or Madam, I have had a new NOKIA X20 for approximately 3 weeks and updated it to Android 12. Since then, the QR scan with the ING Banking App no longer works. It worked perfectly with the previous version, Android 11. I suspect that there may be a specific setting that needs to be adjusted on the smartphone. Please provide me with timely information on what I can do. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Kind regards, Wolfgang A.

I am experiencing issues with my Nokia TA-[redacted] purchased from Target in December [redacted]. The phone seems to only allow two functions to work simultaneously, which is causing a lot of frustration. Despite multiple visits to the Consumer Kiosk at Target, I have not been able to resolve the problem. I was informed that Nokia Customer Service needs to address this matter regarding a potential refund or credit. I am seeking assistance to either receive a refund of $[redacted] or a credit to purchase a new phone that functions properly. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am facing a frustrating issue with two mobile phones I purchased online from the o2 store. The devices are faulty and cannot be charged. Despite being advised to send the phones to a Nokia service center, upon their return, they remain broken. These phones are still under warranty, purchased on 16.05.[redacted]. To make matters worse, the phones have not been returned to me, and a refund is being denied. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, R. Balog.

Hello, I have a Nokia [redacted] TA-[redacted] and I forgot my security code. Whenever I start it, it asks for the code and displays: "Code error." I reached out to Nokia Mobile Care through live chat, and here are the responses I received: Nokia Mobile Care: Hello! How can we assist you today with your Nokia phone or accessory? Me: I have a Nokia [redacted] TA-[redacted]. Nokia Mobile Care: How can I assist you today? Me: I've forgotten the secret code. What should I do? Nokia Mobile Care: Did you change it or is it the default one? Me: Changed. It asks for the code at startup and keeps showing "Code error." Nokia Mobile Care: Does the default code [redacted] not work? Me: It doesn't work. What should I do? Nokia Mobile Care: I'm sorry, we cannot reset or replace a security code. Your best bet is to try to remember the code or have the phone repaired at a service center. Additional charges may apply, and personal data might be erased. That's all I can do to help with this issue. Thank you.

Subject: Issues with Nokia X-20 Smartphone - Request for Assistance Dear Sir or Madam, On February 17, [redacted], I purchased a Nokia X-20 smartphone at the mobilcom-debitel Shop located at Potsdamerstrasse [redacted] in Berlin. I have been experiencing continuous problems with the phone, particularly with call interruptions. Despite attempts to have it repaired at the shop and by Nokia directly, the issue persists. I am seeking to terminate my financing agreement for this phone and return it. I received the device back a month ago after its fourth repair, but the problem still exists, making it unusable due to call interruptions. My network connection is fine, and I have a new sim card, indicating the issue lies within the device itself. I kindly request the termination of my installment agreement and the return of the phone. Alternatively, I would appreciate a replacement device. Otherwise, I may have to escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Agency. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Elena A.

Dear Sir or Madam, On 17.02.22, at the mobilcom-debitel Shop on Potsdamerstrasse [redacted] in Berlin, I purchased a Nokia X-20 smartphone. Right from the start, I have encountered issues with this phone related to call disruptions. Despite attempts to resolve the problem through the shop and Nokia's own inspection, the issue persists. I am requesting to terminate the financing contract for this phone and return it. I received my smartphone a month ago after it underwent four repair attempts. With a fully functional O2 connection and a new sim card, the problem seems to stem from the device itself. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly and am open to either canceling the installment plan or exchanging the phone for a functional device. Otherwise, I may need to escalate this matter to the consumer protection agency. Best regards, Elena Aizenberg

I recently purchased 2 Nokia [redacted] phones because I liked the [redacted]. One of the phones is having issues during calls where I can't hear the other party although they can hear me. I usually have to end the call and redial to establish a two-way communication. T-Mobile is unable to troubleshoot until I check for software updates, but I can't seem to make a connection with the [redacted] for this purpose. I only use voice and text, not data. I'm looking for guidance on how to check for updates without a data connection. If you have any insights into why this problem is occurring after a few months of use, I would appreciate any information. Thank you. -J E

Hello, On November 4, [redacted], I purchased the device mentioned above for a 93-year-old neighbor. After some time, we experienced an issue with favorites related to contacts that were disappearing. We took the device to the store, and it was sent to the manufacturer who confirmed it was functioning correctly. Unfortunately, a week later, the same problem arose. See Photos 1-2-3. Despite the store manager's support, we have not found a solution. You can see for each photo the date and time between when the favorites were okay and when they disappeared. While trying to organize the photos, I noticed the shooting information was missing, so I created a second folder with the original photos. The issue remains - the favorites disappear. Considering the hours spent testing the device, travel time, and parking expenses, the cost of the device has been significantly exceeded by additional costs. If there is no simple solution, I request an exchange for a new device, as I am exhausted and do not want to face the same problems after a repair. Thank you for considering my request.

I purchased a Nokia [redacted] Tough directly from the company's website, but it does not meet my needs due to the lack of predictive text and limited online functionality, which was not as advertised. I would like to return the phone for a refund since I have only had it for 11 days, well within the 30-day return period. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues reaching customer support through the website and various phone numbers in the UK and Finland. It seems that the contact details provided lead to dead ends or unrelated businesses. I am feeling frustrated as I am out of £[redacted] and still have a phone that I do not want. Any suggestions on what steps I should take next would be greatly appreciated. -Jim, UK

I am experiencing issues with my Nokia c100 phone that includes freezing and audio cutting out during calls, as well as scrolling problems. I am currently enrolled in the SafeLink government program and brought my phone to the service, but was told to reapply for a phone from them. I purchased my Nokia c100 before joining the program, and now I am being asked to reapply for a free phone. I purchased the Nokia c100 on sale at CVS Pharmacy, and I still have the receipt and box. I am unable to afford a new phone at the moment and would appreciate assistance in resolving this under warranty. Thank you, Mrs. Tracy Brown.

Dear Customer Service, I am frustrated with the poor support provided by Vodafone regarding my Nokia Classic phone. The transfer of my cell phone data was mishandled by Vodafone, and I had to revert everything back to the sturdy Classic model that I prefer. As a result, I have lost the ability to use a secure pin code to access and use the phone. Vodafone misplaced the manufacturer's code needed to reset the pin code, making it impossible for me to secure my device using the old four-digit pin. The data has been transferred back to the Classic model with a new smaller sim card, and I am now unable to input my pin code to access the information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, G. C. Edwards

My name is Bello Moshood from Kwara State, Ilorin, Nigeria. I purchased a Nokia G10 on November 1, [redacted]. During my first video call, I noticed that the front camera displayed odd colors. I took it to Carlcare, where it stayed for two weeks with no improvement. After returning it for another three-week repair, the issue persisted. I sent it back on March 6, [redacted], but as of April 5, I have not received my phone. If they can't fix it, I requested they provide a replacement as they admitted the problem originated in the factory. I am considering legal action due to the lack of progress, which is testing my patience.

I have come up with an essential idea for a new phone feature. This feature involves adding a small square with a small screen or a new button on the back of the phone, possibly like a car door fingerprint reader. The functionality would enable quick dialing of pre-registered numbers and automatically turning on internet data to detect location, all by using a fingerprint within two seconds of continuous pressing. This innovation would be incredibly beneficial for calling frequently contacted numbers such as close friends and family without needing to unlock the phone, making it ideal for people of all ages, especially in emergency situations like illness or danger. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out via email.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was recently contacted by entrepreneurs from the 1% Club on LinkedIn. They mentioned collaborating with me on a risk optimization project via their online platform. Currently, I am progressing through the interview stages. However, they have now requested payment to finalize my registration after informing me that I passed. Before proceeding further, I wish to confirm the authenticity of their partnership with Nokia to ensure this is not a scam. Your verification on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

I recently purchased the Nokia [redacted] 5G from Metro PCS. I had my wallet credit cards set up on my old phone. However, when I tried to use tap to pay on the new phone, I received an error message stating it cannot be set up for tap to pay due to security concerns. I believe my phone may be rooted or running uncertified software. I am reaching out to the manufacturing department for help in resolving this as the NFC feature is the main reason I bought this phone. I have around 10 cards linked to my NFC wallet, but I keep getting this error message. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Ashley Spurling.
