I am writing to report an incident that occurred on July 31, [redacted], at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Four passengers arrived 3 hours before their boarding time, followed all necessary procedures, had their boarding passes, and were denied access to their Qatar Airways flight after waiting an unreasonable amount of time at the security check line. Additionally, a passenger with a disability requested a wheelchair but was informed by a Qatar Airlines representative that none were available. This treatment is in violation of passenger rights, specifically those with disabilities, and legal action may be taken. The unprofessional and unethical conduct displayed by Qatar Airlines is unacceptable. We had hoped for an alternative flight with waived penalty fees, but were denied this by Qatar Airlines representatives. Moving forward, we expect Qatar Airlines to provide a resolution that upholds professionalism and respect. For further clarification, please contact me at [redacted].

We are volunteers with the Great Lakes Golden Retriever Rescue. We frequently visit O'Hare to pick up rescued dogs arriving from Turkey. The airport has a designated relief pen in the travelers' pick-up area for our use. We kindly request official permission from the airport to park our vehicle there for approximately 15 minutes while we load the dogs. Despite our quick process, we sometimes face challenges from attendants threatening to tow our vehicle. Having a document from the airport granting us this short-term parking allowance would greatly assist us during our visits. Thank you for your consideration and support.

Regarding the mishandled luggage incident during my recent flight from Seattle to Chicago with a connection to Qatar Airways flight QR [redacted] to Doha on November 25th: Unfortunately, my baggage did not arrive in Doha due to a transfer issue between Chicago Terminal 3 and International Terminal 5. The missing suitcase is of great importance to me as it contains a custom-made leg brace for my ankle. I suspect that during the transfer process, my luggage may have been incorrectly sent to the baggage claim at O'Hare domestic Terminal 3 instead of being transferred to Terminal 5 for the international connection. I kindly request your assistance in tracing my missing baggage. Below are the flight details for your reference: - Name: I. Mohammed - Seattle to Chicago Flight [redacted] Q with Alaska Airlines on November 25th from Terminal 3 - Connecting Flight QR [redacted] with Qatar Airways on November 25th from Terminal 5 - Passengers Record: MIXHMN - Flight Number: QR[redacted]14 - Tracking Number: DMMQR18712 - Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted]

Hello! I arrived in ORD last night on a TAP Air Portugal flight from Madrid to Chicago via Lisbon. Unfortunately, my two checked bags didn't arrive with me. I reported the missing bags to a baggage claim representative but did not receive a claim number. I'm hoping to obtain the claim number associated with my name, address, and contact information. Additionally, I'm curious if I can track the last scanned location of my bags using the bag tag receipts provided by the airline during check-in. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I had a United flight scheduled from Chicago to Tucson on December 27 leaving at 7:45 am. Due to multiple delays and a cancellation, I was rebooked for a December 28 flight. I was advised to leave my suitcase for the next flight, but I canceled the reservation later. Now, I am struggling to retrieve my suitcase. United has been unresponsive, providing incorrect information about its location. A staff member at the Tucson airport confirmed it's not there. I just want help to recover my belongings from the misplaced suitcase.

My daughter's baggage is delayed at Baltimore airport and we need it to be sent back to O'Hare and then shipped home to us. Her flight was cancelled after many delays, and now I need to contact someone at either Baltimore or Chicago's baggage office for compensation and to locate the bag. I have been calling the numbers provided by Southwest on their website for baggage issues, but they keep directing me to the offices in Chicago or Baltimore, where no one answers the phone or returns messages. Despite being told that internal messages have been sent in the system for a call back, I have not received one. Her original flight was scheduled for 7/24, and today is 7/29. I urgently need to speak with a representative who can approve compensation for the delayed/lost baggage and help locate my daughter's missing bag.

Yesterday, my father-in-law and mother-in-law had their Ethiopian traditional food and ingredients stolen from them in front of a TSA worker at the airport. This behavior was unfair and unacceptable. It seems like someone purposely took advantage of them. I noticed one of my friends had similar items, which makes me believe the thief may have been someone new to the United States with language barriers. This situation feels like a form of discrimination.

Reservation code: IJMEKD. Airline reservation code: VETRFJ. Yesterday morning, my father-in-law and mother-in-law used Chicago International Airport. Unfortunately, they encountered an incident where a TSA employee intentionally stole my traditional food and ingredients. Due to my in-laws not being fluent in English, they were taken advantage of and discriminated against. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I am seeking genuine explanations and solutions for this situation. Please contact me at [redacted]

I am having trouble tracking a lost bag. The airline and courier have not been very helpful. I reported a lost bag with Lufthansa that arrived in ORD from Frankfurt on Dec 29. Lufthansa handed it to FedEx to deliver to my St. Louis home. However, FedEx claims not to have the bag as of Jan 4. Could you provide a direct contact number for ORD to check if they have the bag? I am wondering if there is a central location for lost bags or if each airline manages their own. Is there a specific Lufthansa number to call at ORD? I am not getting assistance from Lufthansa, United, or FedEx. Thank you.
