I am in an Air BnB apartment in Paris. The apartment has internet and television service from Orange. The internet works fine, but the television service does not. There are two boxes in the apartment, neither is getting a TV signal. The boxes each show three stripes glowing, indicating that the box is working.*I do not know the telephone number associated with the boxes, but the address of the apartment is ** rue des Rigole, ***** Paris (rez de chaussee). The name of the proprietor is Benichou.*The number on the box is Livebox C***.*Please advise
