The doll was exactly as depicted in the approved photos, yet they were allowed to return it. Regrettably, it was sent to an outdated address associated with my account, leading to confusion upon delivery. PayPal incorrectly assumed I had received the returned item without proper verification, resulting in a negative balance on my account due to the buyer's actions. I use PayPal to receive my salary from my online job, which is based overseas. I have been waiting for 14 days for the payment to be released. PayPal instructed me to mark the transaction as "Order Processed" for the money to be released within 7-14 days. It has now been 14 days, and I am in urgent need of the funds. I have explained to PayPal that I am not a seller but an individual receiving my salary through their platform. My financial situation is becoming critical as I rely on this payment from my busy employer. I hope for a prompt resolution as I have bills to pay and necessities to cover. My account and all associated information have been canceled by Paypal due to security concerns. I received a notification from a San Francisco office regarding this issue. When I tried to communicate my concerns via email, my message was denied. I explained that I need to be able to send payments to a Paypal member named Ahmed Koudjil at [redacted] in English. I have successfully transferred funds to this individual in the past without any complications. Before I consider reactivating my account, I need to ensure that Ahmed Koudjil's email address is still registered with Paypal. Please inform me promptly if you have his details on file. I noticed a charge of $41.99 on my credit card statement for two Battery-Powered Wood Cutters - [redacted] Newest Chainsaws. These tools were advertised as perfect for pruning shrubs and trees, with a video showcasing the machinery. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered I had received two car key rings with a piece of fine barbed wire instead. This seems to be a scam, and the purchase was made through Shopify. The payment was processed via PayPal on 3/26/21, with the charge appearing as PayPal *AMPPHITRITET charging $41.99.

I recently received an email from AOL indicating that $[redacted].53 had been charged to our PayPal account by Castex Trading INC in Walton, NC. The email instructed me to contact PayPal at 1-[redacted] to dispute the charge within 24 hours. After calling the number, a person with a heavy accent claiming to be from San Jose answered and asked for the invoice number. When I questioned his location, he became evasive, and upon further probing, he abruptly hung up. This incident seems suspicious and likely a scam to obtain personal information. I want to verify if the charge of $[redacted].53 was indeed made to PayPal and inquire if other customers have reported similar issues.

I am concerned about the legitimacy of the individuals I interacted with regarding my PayPal account issue. I was locked out and reached out through chat support, leading to a call from Michael at [redacted] who claimed my accounts were compromised. Despite my lack of computer knowledge, I followed his instructions out of trust. He proceeded to enroll me in Bitcoin and paybis, services I did not want. Fearful for my financial security, I resisted, but the next day Logan at [redacted] promised to resolve the issue. I had already frozen my accounts before his call. Logan suggested unlocking them for resolution but my problem remains pending. I need confirmation if Logan is indeed affiliated with PayPal. Someone at D Shop Inc. opened an account in my name without permission, supposedly for $5,[redacted], and I want to close it. The individual, claiming to be Mack Austin, first said they were with Finical FC Services, now it's D Shop Inc. I researched them online, but I'm still unsure of their activities. I'm concerned this might be a scam. They instructed me not to speak to anyone else and to ask about a password. They claim I owe $38,[redacted], including $8,[redacted] for the person I spoke to. They mentioned consolidating my debts at 0%. I plan to contact my credit card companies - Chase, Citibank, Discover - to request new cards as a precaution.

Whoever is sending ads or information to my email without my PayPal account number, which I do not have, must stop immediately. Remove these emails. It's upsetting that they are sending me emails without my PayPal account number. I am quite upset now. They should not send ads without it. This is unacceptable. I do not wish to be associated with PayPal anymore. Cease this immediately. They mentioned, "Your statement is available this monthly," but I do not have it. Are you sure? Cease emailing me now. I want to be removed from your mailing list. The full email address is "[redacted]" Remove me from the list and refrain from sending any more ads in the future. Stop annoying me. That's enough. I am angry. The law requires you to listen to the customer, so please remove it immediately. I have stated this now. One more time. If anyone sends ads to my email, I will take legal action. I will not tolerate any abuse of service. I am angry. Enough is enough! That is my final word. Next time, anyone sending ads or information should ensure there is a PayPal account number. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the damages incurred as this is the first time we have had an issue with PayPal. We have consistently paid all charges and fees promptly. Initially, the PayPal legal team restricted our account without a valid explanation. Despite providing all requested documents such as proof of purchases, shipments, Company Registration, and Incorporation documents, our account remains permanently restricted without proper dialogue. We have tried repeatedly to contact customer service without success. We recently discovered that funds were deducted from our account with no notification. Only after inquiring via email did we become aware of this. However, we are still unaware of the specific damages caused to PayPal. There was approximately 21,[redacted] GBP in the account. Could you please explain what happened to the remaining funds? We have not received any transfer and have been pursuing this issue for several months. Any insight into the damages and remaining funds would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used my PayPal account in a year and during that time, I changed my cell phone number. I forgot my password and need to reset it using my email address. The reset process only offers the text message option for the 6-digit code, but it recognizes my old cell number. Can someone assist me in updating my phone number?

The motor was not purchased on eBay, but rather through a Craigslist ad. The buyer did not mention any issues until months later. I attempted to ship the gas tank with the motor but was unsuccessful due to it being used and smelling of gas. The buyer claimed the motor was inoperable, but it actually has a built-in fuel tank. I can deliver the tank halfway to Boston for the buyer's relative to pick up. If the buyer no longer wants the motor, they must return it in the original shipping box for a full refund. I am not willing to pay $[redacted] for a used gas tank.

On December 12, [redacted], a $[redacted].00 deposit from Gabe Anderson Consulting appeared in my PayPal account. Following this, on December 13, [redacted], I tried to transfer $[redacted].00 (which included the $[redacted].00 and an additional $20 credit) to my Redwood Credit Union checking account. The transfer you show indicates $[redacted].00 to Redwood Credit Union ending in xxx5591 with Transaction ID 24N66023WB184021D on December 13, but this isn't my Redwood account number, and the funds were not received by my credit union. They confirmed no deposits were made to any account. Redwood Credit Union advised asking for an "ACH Trace Number" and mentioned that if the money didn't go through their bank, it should have been returned. However, the funds weren't credited back to my PayPal account as expected. This discrepancy went unnoticed due to personal reasons involving a family member's illness. Now that I've had the chance to review my accounts, I realized this oversight and hope to resolve it promptly.

I have money in my PayPal cash account that I tried to withdraw from an ATM but was unsuccessful. After contacting PayPal, they mentioned security issues preventing the withdrawal and advised me to transfer the funds to my bank account. I was told at one point to go to Walmart and use a code to withdraw the money, but that method did not work. The funds came from a transaction with another PayPal user who bought my old iPhone when I was getting a new one from the store. The transaction did not go smoothly, costing me extra for the transfer. Now, I am unable to access the money in my account.

I completed a transaction on eBay using PayPal, but the screen didn't show confirmation. Checking my account, I couldn't find the payment. Looking at my bank account showed no transaction either. I attempted to pay through eBay checkout multiple times, but each time I faced the same issue of no confirmation. I've been trying to find a Customer Services phone number without success. In October, my account was permanently limited with the remaining balance locked for [redacted] days. Recently, I received an email stating that the withdrawal restriction had ended, but my attempts to withdraw funds were declined due to the account limit. I no longer have the old cards and the current one is a prepaid unemployment card, unsuitable for transfers. Despite numerous failed attempts, all transactions were rejected citing my limited account status. Requesting the company unlock the account temporarily for withdrawal and reinstate the limit afterwards. If possible, I would prefer a full account closure. Urgently need access to my funds today.
