The company I ordered from (in ebay ad), Rising ,went bankrupt. When I found this out, I requested a cancellation on my $*.** order of cetirizine hydrochloride. Ebay said cancel was too late----only ** hours ago. I want a stop payment or my account credited.
GetHuman-russmola did not yet indicate what PayPal should do to make this right.
