Hello, I have noticed a lack of motivation to play GTA Online recently due to the promised monthly 1M$ bonus that I have not received despite my efforts. Even after multiple attempts, the promised amount was not credited to my account as expected. I even documented my purchases on PSN and the discrepancy in my account balance upon logging into GTA Online. I have reached out to Rockstar Games regarding this matter, and they advised me to contact PS Customer Support for assistance. However, I encountered issues accessing the chat support as I seemingly have been blocked from using this feature. I have been a long-time user, with my account dating back to the early days of PS3, so resolving this matter is crucial to me. Additionally, I suspect there might be a discrepancy with my store location, as I believe I mistakenly selected the USA store during the account setup when I was younger, whereas I would prefer it to be set to Israel, my home country. Around March and April, I encountered an issue with my PSN account being logged out. This has happened before, so I tried to reset my password but did not receive the email. I attempted to seek help from the support bot, which had helped previously, but this time it couldn't find my account. Despite providing all information via email, Sony and PlayStation keep directing me to use the bot, which is not resolving the issue. Even reaching out to PS support on Twitter did not provide a solution. I am concerned about not being able to access my account, especially since I have invested a significant amount of money over the years. Additionally, I noticed my PS Plus symbol is no longer displayed. I am eager to regain access to my account as it holds sentimental and financial value to me.

Hello, I recently received a notification about my Playstation account being banned, but I'm unsure why. Unauthorized transactions appeared on our debit card, which we reported to the bank. It seems our young son, who is 2 years old, may have accidentally made purchases. The charges occurred within a short time frame. I had the opportunity to buy a PS5 during the restock on the PlayStation store. I waited in the queue for over an hour initially, got into the store, placed the PS5 in my cart, filled in shipping and payment information, but couldn't finalize the order despite following the email link. I cleared my cache and cookies, re-entered the queue, added the PS5 to my cart, and encountered the same issue. Even on another device, I faced the same problem. I'm frustrated because I thought the order would go through after entering all the details, and it's disheartening as I've been trying to get one for months. I am encountering an issue trying to connect via remote play on Windows 10. When attempting to log in, I receive a "A connection to the server could not be established" message with an address. I have verified that my account is active by successfully logging into PSN on Chrome, ruling out a network problem. The problem persists on Microsoft Edge, making me suspect it may be related to the browser. I attempted a solution suggested on a forum but couldn't complete the final step due to possible updates. Despite spending over an hour seeking customer support, I have been unable to reach a human for assistance. I believe the problem might be related to Edge compatibility with remote play.

My account was banned after messaging a player, resulting in a 7-day ban initially, which I accepted. However, after playing without any issues for three days, I was surprised to wake up to a 60-day ban notice for vulgar language. I later realized that not all the messages from the initial incident were deleted by the moderator, leaving room for the same player to report me again. While I acknowledge my language was inappropriate, it feels unjust for this player to exploit the situation. The discrepancy in message deletions and the subsequent ban seem disproportionate, especially as it stemmed from our interactions in a video game.

I have multiple people who can verify what I'm going to explain. A while back on Red Dead Redemption, I joined a crew with one of my friends. Long story short, I got booted from the crew because I missed a Discord message. Since then, members of that crew have been repeatedly joining my games. Recently, I ended up being suspended because another player used a racial slur against me, and instead of reporting it, I engaged in a heated argument which was a mistake on my part. Despite being 31 years old, I shouldn't have engaged with younger players. Lately, someone from that crew joined my game and started harassing us again. They reported me for messages that were not inappropriate - I simply mentioned they were not skilled at the game considering my limited playtime. Now, I've been banned. I'm not sure how they keep finding me in the game, and reporting players in-game seems ineffective. I'm reaching out because I can't go without my PS4 account for two months, especially when I didn't initiate these issues. It would be fair if those who reported me, especially the one causing trouble, were also penalized for cheating - including booting me offline and targeting me when I just want to enjoy the game in peace from my wife's occasional annoyances.

Hello, my name is Robert Z. I've been struggling to log into my PlayStation account for the past few days, encountering a prompt asking for a 2-step verification code that I never set up. I was watching Netflix one day, then the next I was logged out and faced with this issue. I visited the support site, which suggested changing my password if I receive this prompt despite not having set up 2-step verification. I received a ban due to my username being deemed inappropriate, but I am unsure what was wrong with it. I recently paid to change my name to this and have been playing since yesterday. I was attempting to pick a 5-letter name and it popped up randomly as I was typing random letters. I entered "ihqex," believing it was suitable. I am confused as to why I was suspended out of the blue. I would appreciate an email detailing what was inappropriate about the name so I can make the necessary changes. My intention was to enjoy the game responsibly and not breach any terms or policies. I would be grateful if someone could contact me regarding a possible appeal.

Yesterday, I set up my account and verified it via email. However, when I tried to sign in later, I was prompted to change my password. After doing so, I was shocked to discover that my account had been permanently suspended for violating terms and privacy policy. I hadn't even had the chance to use my account before it was suspended. As a side note, I was attempting to log in to activate the live updates for PES [redacted], which I purchased on Amazon (sold by Amazon). I'm not sure if that detail is relevant to the suspension. Hello, I am an Italian PS4 player. Yesterday, I encountered a troubling situation while playing Rainbow Six Siege, and I am quite displeased about it. I lost the match, which is not unusual, and had a poor performance. However, what upset me was when one of my former teammates, shortly after the match, used a disrespectful Neapolitan phrase about my mother in the chat. In response, I used a phrase that, in Italian, meant "what do you want?" but may have been misinterpreted. I reported this incident, and I am frustrated that he is still playing while I have been banned. I kindly request a reevaluation of my ban, as some expressions in our language may not carry the same offense they do in others. I hope you can address this situation promptly. Live from PlayStation is quite disappointing as it mainly consists of gameplay footage. It would greatly benefit if users could engage with real individuals instead of solely watching game footage. This improvement would enhance the overall experience and prevent phone lines from being overwhelmed. Additionally, it is crucial to address the inability to delete old game trophy data, especially for games no longer owned. Being able to free up memory by deleting trophy data, even ones with a low completion percentage, would be a significant enhancement.

My PSN account has been suspended for two months, with a previous seven-day suspension recently. I have not been provided with a detailed reason for the suspension, just a generic message stating that I violated the rules. Prior to the last suspension, I had an argument with someone via private messages, resulting in the seven-day suspension which I accepted. However, this time I received a two-month suspension without engaging in any behavior that would warrant such actions. I made sure to avoid arguments, so I am unsure why this longer suspension was issued, and I have no way to dispute it with Sony. I suspect my account may have been compromised as I have avoided conflicts. How can I present my case and resolve this issue with Sony?

As a dedicated Sony PlayStation user for a year and a half, I recently experienced being hacked for the first time. I couldn't access my account during this time, and it seems the hacker's intent was to get me banned. This situation has left me hurt as I am unable to use the PlayStation account that I have invested in due to hacking. Today, my main concern is not being able to enjoy the account I have paid for and worked hard to earn. The incident occurred while playing Rocket League with a friend. An opposing player in a party chat mentioned hacking our Wi-Fi and servers, which we initially dismissed. However, about 3 hours later, I found myself unable to use my account for violating Sony's policy. This has been distressing for me, but I acknowledge the importance of following policies. My account was suspended in August due to chargebacks with a debt of $89.44. I made the payment on September 30. I purchased 2 PlayStation store gift cards totaling $95. Following the link provided by PlayStation support, I entered the codes correctly and was informed of successful payment acceptance. I believe my account has been compromised and I am unable to access it currently. The individual who gained unauthorized access has altered my password and set their PS4 as the primary console for my account. Additionally, two debit cards linked to my account have been exposed to this hacker. On Saturday, they managed to make unauthorized purchases totaling $92.47 on one of the cards. There was also an attempted charge of $59.99 on the second card, which thankfully did not go through. Despite my repeated attempts to log in, I am met with a message stating that I cannot sign in with another player's ID. I do have another account associated with a similar email address, but regrettably, I am unable to access that one either. The compromised account, which was used to purchase FIFA 22, Mortal Kombat 11, and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, incurred expenses amounting to $92.47. An email notification indicated that the unauthorized access originated from Puerto Rico. My PlayStation ID is T_Bone_Skillet. I have been striving to reclaim my account without success thus far. I kindly request the following actions to secure my account: a refund for the unauthorized transactions totaling $92.47, an IP ban for the hacker, and the restoration of my account. I have made significant investments, both financially and in time, into this account. If this is not feasible, could you please disable the account temporarily to prevent further unauthorized use by the hacker? Alternatively, is it possible to transfer all my purchased games to a different account of mine? I urgently seek your assistance as I am keen on holding this person accountable for their actions. My son's PlayStation 4 account was hacked on 10/02/21. I have evidence that the hacker attempted to access it on 09/30/21 and successfully gained entry on 10/02/21. The hacker logged my son out, took over the account, and set it as primary on their PS4. Suspicious activity notifications indicated the breach came from Puerto Rico. Two debit cards linked to the account were charged; one was successful for $92.47 for purchases of FIFA 22, Mortal Kombat 11, and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. The account is now locked, and my debit cards are being misused. I seek help to regain the account, prevent the hacker's access, and refund the unauthorized charges. I received a 30-day ban after receiving vulgar and hateful messages from two users on PlayStation. Despite not violating any terms of service in my responses, I blocked them, but they continued to harass me even after changing servers. When I warned them and reported their behavior, they threatened that reporting them would lead to my ban. After reporting them, they taunted me and seconds later, I was banned. I have been a loyal PlayStation player for over 25 years, never using inappropriate language or hate speech. This incident occurred twice while playing Red Dead Redemption 2. I simply want the opportunity to explain my side of the story and understand what it was that I allegedly said. The user responsible for the messages is xbillythakiddx. I seek assistance in resolving this situation as a long-term player who values being heard.

My account was banned and hacked. About a month ago, while chatting with friends without playing, I was locked out of my account. Despite trying to reset my password, someone kept logging in. I later discovered my account was compromised when I checked my pwned status. In the early hours of the morning, I regained access to my account. However, upon trying to watch YouTube, I realized the linked account was not mine but belonged to someone else. After unlinking it, no one accessed my account that night. The next day, I received a code of conduct violation from PlayStation stating I had breached rules related to marketing and streaming illegal services. Despite my efforts to resolve this, my account remains banned. I feel helpless as I have attempted everything and Sony has not helped me resolve the issue.
