My email address was updated in July [redacted]. I have reached out to [redacted] three times for help, but two Redbox employees disconnected the call. My new email is [redacted] On August 8, [redacted], my husband and I signed up with USCELLULAR for a package that includes one free Redbox rental per month for each of us. It's been over three months, and we haven't received the free rental or any codes. My husband has not received any communication from Redbox. We are frustrated as USCELLULAR advises us to contact the number provided, but we are unable to get assistance. Please advise on how to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I rented three DVDs last night, and unfortunately, two of them won't work. They were returned to the DVD Redbox machine, but I'm not sure if that affected them. The DVDs that wouldn't play are "Elf" and "A Bad Moms Christmas." I rent movies often from there, so I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me about this issue. Thank you in advance.

I rented three Blu-Ray titles from a RedBox kiosk at Kroger's in Texas City, TX [redacted]: "The New Mutants," "Avengers: Endgame," and "Unhinged." I am disappointed because after finally watching them, I found that two discs were unplayable on two of my players, and the third disc buffered slowly and skipped over half the chapters. I request a credit for these malfunctioning discs. I prefer not to return them until I receive further instructions to prevent any overdraft charges. Thank you, J.S. I believe I was overcharged for renting the movie "ONWARD" from Redbox in Weatherford, Texas. I rented it on December 11th and returned it on December 13th at the Redbox in Springtown, Texas. Although I kept it an extra day, the charge should have been around $3.60-$3.70. However, I was charged over $4.00. Every penny counts in my tight budget, so I appreciate your help with this issue. I am facing recurring charges from Redbox despite not having enough funds in my account. Recently, I was charged $10 a few days ago, followed by an $8 charge this morning. I have ceased renting from Redbox and ensure to return my movies on time. However, I am consistently being charged. Even though my account states no cards on file, Redbox is deducting money from my two cards. These unexpected charges are straining my finances, and I urgently need my card information removed from Redbox's system to prevent further deductions. I rented three movies and purchased another from the same kiosk using the app. However, when I went to pick up my order, the kiosk was out of service. I was directed to other kiosks only to be told that I had no order with them. Customer service was closed, and upon returning to the original kiosk 5 hours later, they also claimed I had no reservation. I received an email confirmation but am unsure if I was charged as my card hasn't been debited yet. The email stated it may take 48 hours to reflect the charge. I'm confused about my purchase status and if I was charged. If I was, I would like my rental time adjusted due to the inconvenience of not being able to pick up my movies.

I returned the movies I rented at Siebenthaler Kroger's in Dayton, Ohio. I rented them on the 8th and returned them on the 10th. They are trying to charge me $98 when they already charged $36. Additionally, $8 was taken out on the 10th when I returned them. I have proof on my Cash App but can't upload it here. The Redbox machine at Siebenthaler seems to have an issue as they claim I returned them today when it was on the 10th. Redbox representatives said I only rented three movies when it was actually four, and they provided incorrect movie titles. I am looking for a refund and to stop the extra charges.

On February 8th, I rented two movies from Redbox, one of which was free for one night. I returned both movies on February 9th as required. However, on February 20th, Redbox charged $7.79 to my debit card without my permission. I haven't rented anything from Redbox since February 8th, and I did not authorize this payment. I demand a refund immediately. My family and I used to be loyal customers, renting and returning movies daily, but this unauthorized charge has soured my experience. I want Redbox to refund my money promptly and ensure they do not have access to my card details in the future. This incident has deeply disappointed me, and I intend to take further action if necessary to rectify this situation. The money they took was meant to provide for my children, not for Redbox to take unlawfully.

I was charged $4 a few hours ago when I returned the 2 movies I had previously reported as faulty: "Dark Web" which I rented and "Scoob" which I purchased from the kiosk. The Redbox agent promised to refund me the $2 rental fee for "Dark Web," the $4 fee for "Scoob," and the $2 extra night rental fee for "Dark Web" as I couldn't return them until today. However, upon returning both movies a few hours ago, my card was charged $4 instead of receiving the expected refund of $12 to $13.

I need assistance with a refund issue related to returning two movies to Redbox. I returned a rental movie called Dark Web and a purchased movie Scoob a few hours ago, following up on a previous report made a day before. The Redbox agent promised to refund the $* rental fee for Dark Web, the $* fee for Scoob, and the $* for the extra night on Dark Web due to returning them today instead of yesterday. However, instead of receiving the refund of $** or $** as promised, my card was charged $* by Redbox for a purchase. I am seeking help to ensure the refund is processed correctly.

Our telephone pole was damaged today before noon by PGE. It's almost 6:30 pm now and I haven't been able to access my rental since Saturday night. I was looking to save on a day's rental due to my disability and the difficulty in driving to the Redbox 9 miles away. I've been a loyal Redbox customer since their inception. Unfortunately, I can't log into my account as my phone number was stolen and all my passwords are saved there. I'm temporarily using my husband's iPhone 12 but haven't transferred my account info yet. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Teri Rice.

I was thrilled to receive a promo code for my birthday offering a free kiosk rental or $2 off on In Demand. The code states it must be used within 60 days, with no further specifics. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to apply the code to rent the movie "SPIES IN DISGUISE" on In Demand since the movie is not available at a nearby kiosk. The system prompted that the promo code couldn't be used for movies at that price point and advised me to review my offer details, which unfortunately are sparse. I hope to resolve this matter promptly to enjoy the movie for just $.99 with the application of the $2 discount.

It seems Google is associating my email address with this individual's account, causing me to receive information meant for her. I would appreciate if you could reach out to this person, perhaps using alternative contact methods like her phone number or address, to advise her to update her email information. The Redbox machine at Dollar General on [redacted] Lula Rd, Lula, GA [redacted] has been out of order for a month. The Redbox at Kroger on [redacted] Jesse Jewell Pkwy, Gainesville, GA [redacted] is stating that reward points are not available. The screen at Racetrac on [redacted] Cornelia Hwy, Gainesville, GA [redacted] is not working, following previous issues with payment acceptance and freezing. At Dollar General on [redacted] Limestone Pkwy Ne, Gainesville, GA [redacted], users are unable to sign in. These malfunctions have made it impossible for me, a long-time Redbox user and movie enthusiast, to rent movies, like "The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard." It's frustrating not being able to enjoy movies due to these ongoing problems at the locations near me.

I am inquiring about the service in Blue Ridge, GA [redacted]. The lack of new movie releases at our local kiosks on release day for several weeks is concerning. It is frustrating to have to drive 25 miles to the next town to find new releases. In addition, two outdoor kiosks in our area have been out of order for weeks before one was finally fixed this week. I have reached out to Redbox Customer Support twice in the past month, but the issues have not been resolved. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed in the lack of service our community is experiencing. I hope to see improvements soon.

I signed up for Red earlier. It said I would get a free movie with sign-up, so I chose "Swat" for $3.99, but it didn't apply the free movie promotion. My family and I have been loyal customers at your kiosks in McDonald's and Walmart for years. I hoped to use this free movie to start streaming movies instead of using other services like Netflix. I believe this situation is unfair. Please address this issue as it's disappointing when a promised benefit isn't honored. There was no information on how much the free movie was supposed to cost. Tonight was supposed to be date night for me and my husband, and we planned to watch "Swat" and have pizza. Unfortunately, we couldn't as expected, which was frustrating. We work hard and looked forward to our date night. Just expressing my disappointment.

My elderly father attempted to return the movie "Venom" before 8 pm last night, but the kiosk was full according to the machine. The transaction was done with my card ending in #[redacted]. Unfortunately, he was not aware of alternative Redbox locations. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been on hold for extended periods but to no avail due to inclement weather conditions. The chat service is also currently unavailable. I rented two movies from Redbox but encountered an issue picking them up at the kiosk. Upon realizing I used my husband's card instead of mine, I recognize this mistake. I am a new customer. My name is Valtrella C. I rented three movies, but due to some difficulties, I returned them almost two days late and was charged $30. You deducted the remaining $23 from my Cash App card and then informed me it was a partial payment. I want to make it clear that this is the last time you will take funds from me. I contracted COVID-19, still have it, and couldn't return the movies to the Redbox on time. Please close my account and do not charge me again. I feel like I am being ripped off by paying so much for old movies. Your pricing seems unreasonable, and it feels like a scam.
