I keep getting booted off your website and I cannot file my unemployment claim. I have made several attempts. After getting through the entire process, it told me to check my connection which turned out to be fine. I then made several other attempts only to read you have timed out after only ** seconds. It then suggested I send an email and provided a link which led to nowhere. It is Tuesday, March *st, and my last day was February **. As I write this email, I have been on hold for over an hour on your call-in line. As you can imagine I am very frustrated. I would like someone to reach out to me via phone not email. I have checked my connections, my browser, and all internet avenues. ***-***-****. I cannot possibly look for other employment while on eternal hold without access to an online option. Thank you.
