I have recently made a booking with Ryanair for a flight from Memmingen Airport to Tenerife South on January 10th, [redacted]. The payment of €48.74 was made on December 4th, [redacted], using my N26 credit card. However, I am unable to locate the confirmation email with the booking details in my [redacted] email account. Furthermore, I am having trouble accessing my Ryanair account, registered under [redacted] email address. Any assistance in obtaining access to complete the check-in process would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I traveled on December 20, [redacted] with Ryanair along with a team of athletes. Unfortunately, our suitcases went missing on the flight from Bristol to Warsaw. Due to my responsibilities as a coach, I had to proceed with the team to Ukraine without waiting for my luggage. After being informed today (12/27/[redacted]) that our suitcases were located at Modlin airport, I'm currently in Kharkov, Ukraine. We urgently need our belongings delivered to us at the specified address. The baggage fees were paid, and we also purchased priority tickets. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are dissatisfied with the airline’s service. We purchased two tickets to ensure we could sit together on our flight from Riga to Warsaw (Modlin) departing on 22.12 at 19:35 on flight FR3285. Unfortunately, the plane was changed and our seat plan was disrupted. Instead of being seated together as planned, one ticket had a nonexistent seat, leading us to sit separately near emergency exits. This unexpected change not only separated us but also deprived us of the window view we anticipated. We feel let down by Ryanair and expected better, at least to be seated together. We now request a refund due to the unfulfilled service of sitting in our pre-selected, pre-paid seats together.

I traveled from Manchester to Charleroi Airport on Ryanair flight no. FR613 on December 19th with PNR no. JCFTRC. Before boarding, I was given the wrong Valencia boarding pass, but it was corrected to FR613 at the gate. However, my luggage was not retrieved, even though I paid £35.99 for it and had a receipt P9DE5Y-02. Despite my efforts in Brussels, I couldn't locate my bag. Upon my return to Manchester on December 21st, [redacted], I was refunded the £35.99 but was informed my bag was still in Valencia and would be sent to my address. I provided my contact details for updates. To date, I have not received my bag or any communications. I urge prompt delivery of my luggage, or I seek compensation for the inconvenience/stress caused. I have an upcoming flight with a layover at London Stansted and I need help with the online check-in process. I am unable to proceed without confirming residence status in the UK, which I do not have as this is just a connecting stopover without leaving the airport. I plan to travel with my ID card as the only document. Should I check in for the connecting flight first, which does not require UK residence confirmation, and would the boarding pass be sufficient to show I won't exit the airport? I unfortunately did not cancel my flight, but I have sent an email to Ryanair and Opodo explaining my situation. I am sorry, but I no longer wish to fly with your company since [redacted] due to your extreme lack of integrity in not refunding my flights booked to London at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic when the UK imposed mandatory quarantine, despite the European regulations stating that you should have refunded me even if the flight was not canceled. Moreover, as I had booked for 3 days, a 3-day quarantine would not have made sense. This is when real companies show their true colors! Perhaps losing a customer may not matter much to you, but if we add up all my work colleagues and friends to whom I shared this story... well, you do the math... Hello, On January 13, [redacted], my mother traveled from Tel Aviv to Krakow on flight FR6229. We booked under TF3M9J and purchased extra luggage at the airport for 93 €. Upon arrival in Krakow, the additional suitcase was missing. It contained essential medication for my mother's health and belongings for her granddaughter. The issue occurred when the baggage check-in cashier failed to attach stickers with the required data, causing the suitcase to remain in Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, the company's manager behaved unprofessionally, making derogatory remarks about Ukraine and showing disregard for the ongoing situation there. Hello! I need help with an issue regarding my flight tickets. I purchased two tickets from Valencia to Tenerife for March 8 and back for March 9. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and bought return tickets from a different airport. I later purchased the correct tickets for the desired flight from the same airport. Despite the tickets being non-refundable, I kindly explained my situation to the airline, hoping for a refund like a previous experience with another airline. However, my request was denied, and I was directed to submit a complaint on the Ryanair website. Unfortunately, the website indicates that complaints cannot be submitted until the flight has taken place. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue.

I had a flight booked from CRL to TSF connecting to TLV. Despite not being able to check-in online as promised by Kiwi.com, I ended up having to pay €55 per passenger for boarding passes at the airport, totaling €[redacted] for 3 passengers paid by credit card. I submitted the credit card receipt to Kiwi.com but was informed that it was invalid. They requested a valid receipt issued by the airline with the PNR number. Can anyone advise on how to obtain such a receipt that Kiwi.com will accept?

The booking and check-in process was smooth via the Ryanair app, and we had no issues on the outbound flight. However, our return journey was marred by a distressing experience at Milan airport. Despite having our boarding passes on the app and checking in online, we were abruptly informed at the gate that we needed to pay an additional fee to board. The staff member's rude behavior caused undue stress, especially for my young son, who was left frightened by her demeanor. I am trying to give my passport number for a Ryanair flight from Glasgow to Dublin that I booked on justfly.com. They informed me I need to contact Ryanair directly. I attempted to reach them through the chat box, which became repetitive. The online verification process requested passport numbers they did not possess. After calling the international number, I was transferred to someone who could assist but waited on hold for 15 minutes - a call which Ryanair may charge extra for! I am awaiting their contact so I can provide the passport numbers.

Hello. Yesterday, I was travelling from Alicante to Stansted on flight FR2523. At the boarding pass control, upon handing my passport to the Ryanair staff and scanning my ticket, my passport went missing. I suspect the staff may have unintentionally forgotten to return it to me. Upon arriving at Stansted, I noticed my passport was not with me. It is possible that my passport is still on the plane. I recently booked a flight from Paris to Zagreb with Ryanair through an online booking agency, Mytrip. This was my first time flying with Ryanair, and although Mytrip sent me flight details, they did not inform me about the online check-in requirement. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the airport, I was informed that I needed to pay a 55€ fee for my ticket, and since I had two tickets, the total came to [redacted]€. I felt frustrated about this surprise charge, but I had to pay to avoid any further issues. One of your agents advised me to contact customer service online for a potential refund. While the agent was helpful, the online customer service was not as accommodating. I am kindly requesting a full refund of the [redacted]€ as I was unaware of Ryanair's policies. The flight took place on February 26th at 17:05, departing from Beauvais airport in France to Zagreb, Croatia with flight number FR2130. I believe a refund would be a fair resolution in this situation.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent experience. On 03.03.[redacted], I flew from Manchester to Budapest on Ryanair flight RK6901. Although I have flown with Ryanair before, this trip stood out negatively. There were English passengers on board who were visibly intoxicated, behaving disruptively, and causing discomfort to other passengers and the flight crew. Despite their behavior, the ground crew allowed them to board, which was disappointing. The intoxicated passengers were noisy and created a disturbance, almost leading to a physical altercation that was fortunately prevented by a flight crew member. This situation occurred multiple times during the flight, requiring intervention from the crew. The lack of action taken by the airline to address this behavior, which jeopardizes the safety and comfort of passengers, is concerning. Furthermore, I would like to address the absence of food and drink service during the flight. As a frequent flyer, these issues make me question whether I will choose Ryanair for future travels. My partner and I recently booked flights with Ryanair from Dublin to Girona with stopovers in Bristol, both ways. Our flight from Bristol to Girona on the 4th was rescheduled from 2:55 PM to 7:55 AM, which causes us to miss our connecting flight. We are contemplating changing our flight from Dublin to Bristol to the day earlier to accommodate this change, and we hope to adjust our itinerary accordingly. We are seeking assistance in adjusting our flights with the same pricing.
