SKYPE. I loaded **$ into my Skype account, when after few minutes my Skype credit was still *$ and no email " delivered .." I tried to use Skype to call a number abroad, and failed, taken again to a page asking to load to my account. I did that * times for **$ and yet my Skype account showed *.*$ , I thought there were something wrong with the credit card , I used a different credit card to load $**, and yet my Skype account still shows $*.** and I could not make calls to abroad! ! meant to load only $** ended up loading $** , and still got nothing. I Checked with my CC companies, together they show * charges of $** each , status pending. I want my skype account to show $** , and refund of $**. My userID on skype :ymeged.**CONTINUED after submitting the above 'Problem in Detail'**after filing with you the description of the problem above:*Yesterday, November **th **pm I contacted Skype Customer service, after waiting for about **-** minutes was able to chat with Skype Rep. I described the problem: I intended to load $**.** credit into my Skype account, ended up charging * different Credit cards total of $** , and yet nothing was credited to my account. After doing some investigation the Skype rep told me that **$ will be refunded. And my Skype account will be credited $**.**, and an email to that affect ill be sent to my email address on file with Skype. **At the end of the chat I received the following message from Skype:*“Thank you again for reaching out to Microsoft Support. We are always here for you and happy to help. You can chat back into support at any time using this link: https:**support.microsoft.com*contactus Also, as a future reference if you ever wish to access your case again, your ticket number is **********. Have a nice day!*November **, ****, *:** pm*Microsoft**Now, November ** **** *:**am , about **-** hours after the chat with Skype customer Support nothing has happened:** My Skype credit still shows $*.**. No $** credit to my Skype account was given as I was promised- by Skype rep. Therefore still I can not use Skype to call abroad.** No refund for the total of $** was issued on either card.** No email was sent from Skype saying everything that was supposed to be done was done.**So far the only thing I received from Skye Customer service is a ticket number **********, for future reference.
