My account is currently locked, citing a violation of community guidelines, which I dispute. On September 7 around 4:00 PM, my Snapchat was locked while I was at work in a metaphysical store that sells various crystals, salts, and crystal powders like selenite powder. I had posted a photo of selenite powder on my story, leading to the suspension. The powder is used for its cleansing, healing, and charging properties in kits we create for different purposes like self-love, money, good health, protection, and healing. I need my account unlocked urgently for school and to stay connected with family and friends, especially my cousins in another country, as Snapchat is my only means of communication with them. Additionally, I help people dealing with serious issues like suicide and academic struggles through the platform. Please assist in unlocking my account.

I accidentally posted something on my Snapchat story that I didn't intend to write. Now, my account has been permanently banned, and I cannot find a way to explain that it was a mistake. It was just a typo, and I'm hoping to reach out to their managers to seek help in restoring my account. Not being able to communicate with my friends is making me feel a bit down. I am currently experiencing an issue with my Snapchat account being locked out repeatedly. After waiting for 24 hours, I was able to log in briefly before being automatically logged out after 10 minutes. Attempts to create a new account result in a "connection error," despite following all the guidelines and refraining from using third-party apps or a VPN. Despite my efforts, I have not received any communication or resolution from Snapchat support. Each time I try to check my support ticket, I encounter a message stating, "page doesn't exist." Snapchat, please improve your support services as my account is being flagged as "temporarily locked" on login attempts.

I am reaching out because I am extremely desperate. I have tried to contact Snapchat support without success. I am persistent and won’t give up until I find a way to get my Snapchat back. This is my last effort. Please consider unlocking my Snapchat account. Like many, Corona has taken away many of my childhood memories. I have been isolated for over a year, missing my favorite sports, doing online school, and not seeing my friends. Looking back at my Snapchat memories and interacting with friends helped my mental health during this time. Unfortunately, these memories were taken away within seconds as I cannot access my account. I do not understand why my account might be locked as I haven't violated any guidelines. Please show some empathy towards me, Mr. Spiegel. I have been a loyal member and Snapchat is my favorite social media platform. It is where I connect and express myself. Today, I encountered an issue with my account where I was abruptly logged out. Upon a brief login, I noticed that my account had been compromised. The hacker changed my email, password, and blocked me from accessing my Snapchat account. My username on Snapchat was Babycandy2002, with a birthday listed as 12/21/[redacted]. Prior to the unauthorized access, my account was associated with my school email, [redacted], and phone number [redacted]. During the short login window, I discovered that the email on my account had been altered to [redacted] by an unauthorized user, who forced me out of the account. Notably, my account indicated a location in Africa, which is inaccurate as I reside in South Carolina, USA. I have been a long-time user of this account and I am hoping that there is a way to recover it.

I have never been banned or temporarily locked out of my Snapchat account before. A friend posted something that potentially violated the community guidelines while using my phone, resulting in my account being permanently locked within an hour. I have cherished this account for the past six years, containing six years' worth of memories that are now inaccessible. I have never violated any rules in the past or used third-party apps. I am extremely upset about not being able to regain access to my account and have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue despite trying throughout the day. Dear Snapchat, I have been unable to access my account for a week now. I deleted the Snapchat app because I needed to update my phone, and since my password was saved on the app, I could easily log in without needing to enter it each time. However, after reinstalling the app, I couldn't remember my password when prompted to enter it. Even when I tried the "forgot password" option, it claimed my number was invalid, which is the same one I used to create the account. Despite reaching out to Snapchat support, I only receive automated responses. I can provide details in this email to verify my ownership of the account. I have attempted to contact Snapchat Support multiple times in the past month without success. I am experiencing a frustrating situation with Snapchat. My account got permanently locked after I posted pictures of vitamins on my private story, which Snapchat mistakenly identified as drugs. Despite following the guidelines, my account was unjustly banned. Regrettably, there is no way to reach a live person at Snapchat to resolve this issue. I've encountered an issue with my phone number being linked to a previous Snapchat account. Due to this, I am unable to associate it with my current account. I urgently need to disconnect my phone number from the account it's currently linked to because it is redirecting my contacts to a fake account named "smokeweed123." This afternoon at the gym, I misplaced my phone. I located it using the "Find My iPhone" app, but noticed issues with my Cash App and Venmo. Strangely, when I opened Snapchat, I was logged out. Now, when I try to log back in, a message pops up saying, "Your account is currently deactivated. Would you like to reactivate it?" After selecting "Yes," the login screen loads but nothing happens. I made an inappropriate joke on my private Snapchat story, pretending to sell drugs with flour on a scale. After being IP banned, I lost access to Snapchat. Hello, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide as I am in need. A few weeks ago, I accidentally dropped my phone in water, and it stopped working. I have a replacement now.
