I am a school bus driver and I filed for one week in October due to schools being on fall break. I was asked to send * forms of identification. I sent my drivers license and social security card that day. I got a notice to send identification again on ********. I took a selfie holding my drivers license (front &back), social security card, birth certificate, and marriage license . I then. received another letter stating my claim was denied because I had not sent requested information. So I appealed. I was then asked to send proof of residence and if it was accepted, I would be paid. I sent proof of residence that day and then an agent said it was approved and I needed to withdraw my appeal, which I did and then I got another email stating my claim had been denied again. I refiled appeal and had hearing ********. I won my appeal and now I have been told that only means my claim will be reviewed again and I am basically starting the process all over. I filed again for Christmas break which consisted of * weeks and I have been told until my appeal has been settled the * weeks I claimed at Christmas will not be processed and if after my October claim gets reviewed and if its denied, I will not be able to receive any unemployment until October of **** when my year starts over. I was told by someone in claims that if I lost my appeal I would only lose that payment and not any future ones. I am so stressed because I can't find out the correct answer. Can someone please help me?
