On Saturday, November 13th, I attempted to buy 4 tickets for the Penn State vs Michigan football game. After entering my card details, Ticketmaster's website was stuck on "processing" before showing an error message. It stated the purchase couldn't be completed due to a Ticketmaster issue. With no confirmation email, I bought physical tickets at the game from another seller. Surprisingly, today I found a $[redacted] charge on my bank account from Ticketmaster for the tickets I thought weren't purchased. I need guidance on how to get a refund for these tickets as I was mistakenly charged despite being informed the transaction failed and no confirmation was sent to me.

I attempted to buy tickets in section [redacted] for the [redacted] Cortaca Jug game at $50 per ticket. During checkout, I was informed that they were no longer available, and when I tried again, the price had increased to $65 per ticket. Worried I wouldn't get any, I purchased them. Afterward, I checked again and found that the original section I desired was actually available. Despite trying to call without success, I contacted Discover, who advised me to buy the tickets I wanted and dispute the original purchase later. I have done so and am requesting a refund for the tickets I bought since the section I preferred was actually available despite not showing during my initial purchase.

In September, I bought tickets for the Chicago Bears vs. San Francisco 49ers game on October 31st. Unfortunately, due to travel restrictions after my trip to Europe, I had to sell the tickets at a loss on October 30th. Since my credit card was replaced, I provided my Canadian bank account information for a refund, but I still haven't received the confirmation deposits. Now it's November 19th, and I'm anxiously waiting for the $[redacted] USD refund from Ticketmaster to help with Christmas shopping. Despite my daily emails over the past two weeks, I haven't had any luck reaching Ticketmaster for assistance.

Hello, I was in the process of completing my reservation when I realized I had selected the incorrect route. I intended to travel from Zermatt to Davos in Switzerland with 7 stops instead of the 5 stops that were initially chosen, passing through other mountain villages. The train for both routes is set to depart at 7:37. Although I briefly looked at the trains departing at 5:37 and 6:37, I was dissatisfied with the routes offered, so I decided to go back to the 7:37 train but mistakenly chose the wrong option. This journey is significant to me as I have been planning it for years but never had the opportunity to do so. It is an 8-hour trip, and I am unlikely to have another chance in the future. The route I prefer is particularly scenic, as I have always wanted to see the Reinschlucht, which is not included in the alternative route. Both route options cost CHF 59 and take the entire day. I kindly request your assistance in changing my route to ensure I can visit the destinations I have always dreamt of seeing: Zermatt-Visp/Brig-Andermatt-Disentis-Reichenau-Filiseur-Davos Dorf. Order number 21-[redacted]/DL2 I noticed an error with the ticket price I was charged. The listed price is $[redacted], but I was charged $[redacted] per ticket for seats RORCH ROW H seat 4 and 5. I checked this within 30 minutes of receiving my confirmation. I am requesting the difference to be refunded to my credit card. My confirmation states tickets are for a gift for my granddaughter who is handicapped. As I ordered one handicapped seat and one companion seat, I need to print the tickets, as GO MOBILE is not suitable for me. I bought two tickets for the Brian Wilson concert at Armadillo Glasgow, which has been postponed for the third time. I still plan to attend because I have friends in the band, and usually, we get VIP tickets and backstage passes. Due to a new need for a carer for one of the ticket holders, I am inquiring if accommodations can be made. Our tickets are for Row C, numbers 24 and 25, under order number 58-[redacted]/UK3. Please assist me in canceling order #54-[redacted]/SCS. I attempted to purchase tickets last night, but your website had technical difficulties. Despite multiple attempts, the order continually timed out and eventually went through for seats in two different sections instead of the two I intended to purchase. The email confirmation shows the order that timed out actually went through around 11:58 pm (54-[redacted]/SCS). I kindly request a refund as this situation was beyond my control. I recently bought a total of eight concert tickets through my Ticketmaster app. Initially, all tickets were visible in the "My Tickets" section. However, they have now vanished from there. Hello, I am a devoted music enthusiast, particularly a fan of the sensational KPOP group BTS. I was thrilled to hear about their upcoming live concerts. However, I encountered challenges with Ticketmaster regarding tickets for the canceled MAP OF THE SOUL TOUR show from 2[redacted]. I am writing to request a refund from Ticketmaster. Money was deducted from my account after attending the BTS concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on November 27th. Despite checking with the box office for seat changes, they had no available seats and suggested looking on Ticketmaster's website. I searched but found no tickets. I did not receive any purchase confirmation via text or email, nor did I receive a mobile code for entry. Upon returning to the UK, I discovered duplicate charges on my card totaling $[redacted].75 and $[redacted].58. As I did not authorize these transactions, I am seeking a refund. The payments are currently pending in my account and need to be reversed. Ticketmaster should acknowledge the lack of tickets in my account and the absence of any mobile information for the concert.

I purchased tickets through Vivid Seats, but only received one ticket even though I ordered two. Vivid Seats claims the seller sent both tickets, but I only see one in the transfer email. The seller initially had three tickets, one was sold just before I purchased, and I bought the last two. However, the seller only sent one ticket to me. My daughter accepted the ticket on Ticketmaster using her account, but I still haven't received the second ticket. Vivid Seats asked the seller to resend, but I still don't have it. With the concert tomorrow, I am worried. Can the seller retrieve the ticket if it was sent to someone else? What are my options now? I urgently need the second ticket in the same seat I ordered. I believe my Ticketmaster account has been blocked unfairly. Yesterday, I purchased tickets for three different events, ensuring I stayed within the ticket limits for each. Later, I also bought three premium parking passes and an early entry pass before being blocked from making any more purchases with the error message, "You have exceeded the ticket limit." I recently created an account to purchase tickets for the For King & Country show in Columbus, Ohio on Dec 17th. My daughter bought a ticket for an Alabama game, but she never received it. She tried calling and emailing Ticketmaster several times before the event, but no one responded. The game was on November 6, [redacted], against LSU and her order number is [redacted]. Her email is [redacted] I am requesting a refund on her behalf. She followed all the instructions but still didn't get her ticket, and Ticketmaster didn't respond to her emails or calls before the event. This level of customer service is disappointing.

I noticed four separate charges on August 25th on my American Express card for "Ohio State Buckeye" that seem to be related to football season tickets. There were three charges of $[redacted] and one charge of $[redacted]. After confirming with the Ohio State ticket office, I realized I only purchased one set of season tickets for around $[redacted]. I understand that the difference in price might be a Ticketmaster fee. I did not authorize nor receive anything for the two $[redacted] charges and the $[redacted] charge. They seem to be a mistake. I have already raised a dispute with American Express, but the charges were reapplied. I would appreciate it if the issue could be resolved promptly.
