Despite being home when the delivery was attempted, there seems to have been an issue, possibly due to the unique setup of my condo building. The building is located at the corner of Warwick and 41st Street, with the entrance accessible only from 41st Street due to a 6-foot fence surrounding the property. The history of this change dates back to the 1970s when the building was converted to condos for security purposes. While I successfully added delivery instructions on Amazon, I couldn't find a similar option on the UPS website. Previous UPS drivers have managed to navigate this situation successfully in the past, and it's crucial that future deliveries are made to my front door. Being 74 years old and unable to drive due to quarantine, alternative delivery locations are not feasible for me. Your assistance with ensuring smooth deliveries is greatly appreciated.

I need to update my claim with UPS as they lost a package that I both sent and am supposed to receive. Despite my attempts, I have struggled to get through to their customer service. Calls were frequently disconnected, and I was misdirected to contact the UPS facility where I shipped the box. When I finally got through to a representative in claims (Jay), they informed me that my claim was closed and a $[redacted] check was being issued, which I have not received any written confirmation of. I submitted receipts totalling $[redacted] plus $49.95 for shipping, making a total of $[redacted] owed to me by UPS. I was promised a call from a claims representative on 10/21 but never received one. I want to be reimbursed for the missing items and expect clear communication from UPS Claims regarding the resolution. My experience with UPS customer service, including representatives like Eldrick, Jay, Dia, and Sheree, has been disappointing as my issue remains unresolved.

The tracking indicates the package was delivered and left by the front door without the driver ringing the bell. I checked shortly after the delivery time, and the package wasn't there. I live in a safe neighborhood, so there shouldn't have been a reason not to ring the bell. I called UPS, and after explaining the situation, the customer service rep didn't assist and wouldn't escalate the call. Upon calling again, I received unhelpful excuses and was disconnected. This was a vital heart medication, and now my blood pressure can't be regulated without it. Is there a way to reach the corporate office? It's frustrating that the driver didn't ring the bell as someone is always home. If you're going to respond with useless information, please refrain from contacting me as I've already dealt with enough incompetence.

I am reaching out because I am experiencing an issue with a package that was supposed to be delivered by UPS on Monday, October 18th to my address at N524 Knepprath Rd. Cedar Grove, WI 53[redacted]. The tracking number 1Z82V[redacted][redacted] shows that it was delivered to "Cedar Grove" on that day. However, our regular driver confirmed he did not deliver a package to us on the 18th. After speaking to a UPS customer service representative, I was informed that the package linked to the tracking number was sent to a different address. I am in urgent need of the medications that were supposed to arrive on Saturday, October 23, [redacted], with tracking number 1ZY80F99P[redacted]17 from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The delivery did not happen, and I am anxiously waiting for it on Monday, October 25, [redacted]. It is nearly 5 pm, and no UPS truck has appeared in our area, despite the usual heavy package volume since Friday, the 22nd. I am trying to report a UPS fraud email that targeted my friend, who received it on October 24th. The email claimed that UPS could not deliver a package and requested a payment of $2.92. My elderly friend fell for this scam and provided personal and banking details. After realizing it was fraudulent, she cancelled her card to prevent any charges. She is currently undergoing medical treatment at a hospital, making the situation even more distressing. I have reached out before but have not received a response. I arranged for a one-time pickup in Florida at [redacted] Ehrhardt, The Villages, [redacted] on October 15, [redacted]. Since I couldn't print labels, they were handwritten. The driver didn't leave a receipt, and I didn't receive an email with details. One package was delivered, but the other two are missing. Hello UPS Germany, I would like to mention something as an employee in the Kassel Center, Reload. Being new here, I cannot directly complain about Team Leader Daniel as he could terminate my employment. We have a Works Council and Center Manager in Kassel, but they collaborate and do not listen to the complaints of the employees. The employees cannot do anything against them. There might be something terrible happening in the future because they treat the employees like slaves. Concerning Daniel Hauptmann, there are several issues: 1. He does not treat employees equally. 2. He is selfish and only thinks about himself. 3. He is not honest in his work and lacks teamwork skills. 4. Engages in bullying at the workplace. 5. Shows racism, he is the main perpetrator. 6. Sexually harasses women. 7. As a Team Leader, he is a liar, trying to save himself and putting others in trouble. What I have said is true and I have complained honestly. I hope someone new at UPS comes and investigates. Please do not just check for a day or two, but for a whole month. I ordered mealworms for my bearded dragon from Josh's Frog on Amazon. They were shipped via UPS for a 2-day delivery, but the driver claimed my address was incorrect, which is not true as I receive packages and mail regularly. Hello, I am seeking information about a package that Ulta reshipped to me and was initially delivered by UPS. Although I was not home during the supposed delivery, I live in an area where packages are not typically left unattended but rather placed in locked boxes at my apartment complex. The original package, with tracking numbers 1ZE01135YN[redacted]7 & 1ZA974Y7YW[redacted]8, was meant to arrive on Sept 17, [redacted]. Due to a family emergency, I left a notice on my door requesting redelivery instead of leaving the package. UPS usually notifies me or knocks if the door is open since the area can be risky for unattended packages. Ulta reshipped another package without my knowledge, which also has two tracking numbers, 1Z1635YAYW[redacted]7 & 1Z1635YAYW[redacted]8. As I have not received either package, Ulta advised me to contact your company for assistance. I kindly request that future deliveries either be placed in the lock box or redelivered when I am home. I am attempting to retrieve my package scheduled for delivery on 11/6/21. Supposedly, the driver claimed no one was present at home, but I was there all day awaiting the delivery. Instead of delivering it to me, the driver took it to UPS on Hospital Drive in Douglasville, GA. I need assistance regarding a package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. On November 2, I sent a package to ZIP Code [redacted]. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered with a driver verification, but it was delivered to the incorrect address. Unfortunately, UPS is refusing to let me file a claim as they insist the package was delivered properly. However, the package did not reach the intended recipient at the correct address.

My JC Penney order was supposed to be shipped to my home via UPS SurePost from the Keene, NH facility ([redacted]). Unfortunately, the package was sent back to the shipper after briefly arriving at the Peterborough Post Office ([redacted]). JCPenney has now reshipped the order today, November 12, [redacted]. I am concerned about the second shipment being rejected or returned. I am frustrated with the UPS delivery service. Their driver consistently leaves packages at the county road by my long driveway, even including an overnight envelope left on the ground. I am eager to speak directly with a representative regarding this ongoing issue. The response I received suggested that I need to resolve the problem before they can address it with other customers, but this is clearly a problem on their end. Despite my requests for a phone call, I have been unable to speak to a live person as their automated system does not allow for direct contact. In light of this, I recommend using FEDEX instead, where it is possible to communicate with a staff member in person.

Help Needed Urgently with Delivery Issue I am reaching out for assistance as I have encountered a nightmare scenario with my delivery. Initially, the driver claimed the address was incorrect or that the apartment number was not in the system. Upon contacting customer service to clarify, I was informed that the delivery would take place the following day, which unfortunately did not happen. Subsequently, after another call, I was once again assured of the delivery, but now I have been informed it will be delayed until next week. I have been waiting for the arrival of our new couch, which was meant to be a surprise for my girlfriend. Given my heart condition and uncertain future health, I had made special plans for this delivery. I purchased a pair of boots on the Mercari website with UPS tracking number 1Z6A[redacted][redacted]. On 11/10/21, I witnessed two trucks outside my home. According to witnesses, a homeless person named Timothy Lee Pike received my package from a UPS delivery person and then attempted to sell the boots to neighbors. Unfortunately, when the neighbor across the street, Larry Oxford, notified me, the box was empty and damaged. I confronted Timothy Pike and involved the police, who stated he couldn't be arrested as he claimed the UPS driver gave him the package. This situation has left me frustrated as I work with children and understand the importance of responsibility. I have been attempting to contact someone who can assist me with an issue I'm facing. I recently got hired and my orientation is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:00 in Oakland, which is nearly 20 miles from my residence in Richmond. I had applied thinking it was for a position in Richmond, which is only 4 miles away. The commute to Oakland is challenging given the traffic conditions in the Bay Area.
