On August 31st, I sent a registered letter to the IRS in Louisville, Kentucky from Downingtown, PA. However, I have not yet received a written confirmation of its receipt. Despite checking yesterday, the status still shows "intransit, arriving late." The tracking information indicates it arrived at the Louisville KY Distribution Center on September 3, [redacted], at 11:14 AM. My attempts to speak to a live person through the automated system were unsuccessful. Seeking help from the Downingtown, PA post office also yielded no new information. Hoping for a satisfactory response, I am reaching out here. I want to know why the return receipt hasn't been sent and if the letter has reached the correct location. A similar issue occurred last year when the New England office was closed, leading to the IRS payment being sent to Louisville, where we were instructed to send it this year.

I am experiencing major issues with receiving my mail. Often, mail intended for other residents in my town or even from surrounding areas ends up at my address. Despite having informed delivery to track what mail should be arriving, some mail never reaches me. Packages marked as delivered to my front porch do not show up, resulting in having to cover the costs of missing items. Just this week, vital medication for my father, two subscription boxes, and another package have gone missing. Despite alerting the local post office, they are unresponsive and direct me to the website, where I find no solutions.

I encountered difficulties entering the company number on the provided link as it redirected to a general page. Upon calling USPS, I noticed that in the past, one could occasionally reach a helpful agent. Unfortunately, this time, all the menu selections led to automated responses, seemingly designed to avoid connecting to a representative. This made it impossible to get the assistance I needed for mail forwarding inquiries related to multiple companies. Despite trying various avenues, such as tech support, I was unable to speak to a human. It appears that only automated systems are in place, as even local numbers went unanswered. The lack of an option to reach a representative is frustrating.

I recently received an informed delivery notice for a past address indicating a change of address was filed on September 13, [redacted]. I updated my address in July but have not made any recent changes. I am concerned about my mail forwarding situation and would like a copy of the change of address form since I did not submit one. I want to ensure my mail is not being redirected to someone else without my knowledge. In addition, my mail was put on hold in July by an unauthorized person, and I want to verify that they no longer have access to my mail. This unauthorized person also put a hold on mail for my deceased fiance, which they were not allowed to do. Lastly, there was a package delivered and signed for with my signature on 9/14 with tracking number 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 52. I was at work when the package arrived and did not sign for it. I am looking to identify who signed for the package using my name and determine their identity and the whereabouts of my package.

The USPS at the Roselle Park, NJ branch has stopped holding my mail at [redacted] Chestnut Street. In July, a tree fell on my building, making it uninhabitable until repairs are made. Although the hallway is safe for mail delivery, they informed me today that they cannot hold my mail without a PO box available. I usually collect my mail every three to four days from this branch. I am unsure why they have changed this policy. I was previously informed that they hold mail for up to 30 days before returning it to the Elizabeth, NJ office. I am willing to pick up my mail if they can leave it inside the hallway. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding with the postal worker. Hello, I am a veteran with a [redacted]% disability rating and I rely on your services. Unfortunately, my medication that was supposed to be delivered via 1-day priority shipping from Togus, Maine on September 22 has not arrived after four days. I am in urgent need of it and am struggling due to physical limitations. I am reaching out to request assistance in locating my package. I do not have a tracking number, but I have the number from the pink slip left by my mail carrier, which is [redacted][redacted]. Despite the carrier claiming attempted delivery, I did not receive any notification. I have experienced similar issues before but have always had a good working relationship with my mail carrier. I understand the challenges faced by postal services, especially with increased online shopping and the impact of Covid-19. I sent a package from Australia to my son in America. He just returned to Camp Pendleton in California. I was informed that if he wasn't there, they could leave it with the mail person on base. Now, I received an email asking me to standby for instructions. This has happened before, and the package was lost. The tracking number is EJ[redacted]32AU. I hope someone can help me deliver it to my son. He recently got back from Afghanistan, and I want to make sure he receives this package safely. Thank you.

On August 28, [redacted], I made an online purchase via Facebook on the website prettyjaredl.us. Around September 3, [redacted], I received a tracking number from USPS indicating that the package was at the Shipping Partner Facility in Flushing, NY on September 13, [redacted], at 10 pm. However, that was the last update I received. I reached out to USPS for help through service request #[redacted]7 but only received the same tracking information. I have yet to receive the package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]70. Today, I received a package from New Jersey with a different tracking number, which I believe is incorrect. I have contacted the company and they are investigating. Due to the USPS error, I am concerned about not receiving my refund or the package from New York. I have already contacted USPS twice about this, with the second service request #[redacted]4 submitted today after receiving the package from New Jersey. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue to either get my refund or receive the correct package from New York.

My name is Kathleen L. and I reside at [redacted] Prospect Street, Barberton, Ohio [redacted]. I am concerned because I have not received any mail for the past few weeks. I share the same address with others who also receive mail, but lately, there seems to be an issue with the delivery. The homeowner, my late father August L., passed away, and now I am the sole resident at this address. Although my siblings no longer live here, they still use this address for some correspondence, which I don't mind. However, their actions are impacting the delivery of my mail and others'. I recently discovered that one of my siblings, Angela L., placed a hold on the mail without informing me, causing disruptions in receiving important documents like utility bills. I have visited the local post office to resolve this matter and prevent any further inconvenience.

My package arrived five days late because it was mistakenly sent to CA instead of WA. The tracking shows it failed delivery citing "no access to delivery location," but all other mail arrived today without issue. I've been in the office all morning anticipating the package, but no attempt was made to deliver it inside. I believe today's driver may have been negligent. I request that the package be delivered today since I am present in the office, and there are no barriers to accessing the mailbox or office.

I was told a package would arrive at [redacted] Grape Street, Houston, Texas 77[redacted] on Tuesday, October 12, [redacted]. It's now Thursday, October 14, and I have not received it. I have a Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]8. When I check this Tracking Number, it always says "LABEL CREATED NOT YET IN SYSTEM." What does this mean? Could it be that someone has a USPS account but has not sent any mail or package? Can you confirm if a package is on its way to me, and if yes, when can I expect it? Our non-profit organization is attempting to conduct a bulk mailing but has encountered unhelpful and dismissive behavior from our local post office. Despite following guidance from the Mailing and Shipping Solutions Center, we are facing resistance from the local office, which claims we are not following the correct procedures. We have organized our materials by zip code and completed all necessary paperwork. We have been advised to utilize the online Business Customer Gateway to resolve the issue with our post office, but we are unsure how to proceed. We are seeking assistance in order to successfully send out this mailing as we are currently feeling lost and frustrated by the lack of support we have received. The situation is perplexing as we have reached out for aid but have been met with obstacles instead of assistance from the postal service.

My tracking number indicates that USPS attempted to deliver my package at 9:22 am today, stating the mailbox was full, but it was empty. The package I'm expecting won't fit in a mailbox. Despite trying to contact the local post office since 9:30 am, the phone remains unanswered. In the future, I'll inquire about the delivery method before ordering. This isn't the first incident, and I plan to inform the vendor to seek an alternative delivery service. Our community's Facebook page is filled with complaints about the post office. I've contacted customer service and await a callback.

According to the USPS website, the shipment was marked as delivered on October 13, [redacted]. However, I, as the intended recipient, did not receive the parcel. It seems that the package was handed to someone else, despite the protocol that Registered Mail should only be delivered to the specified recipient, in this case, Giorgi Tsertsvadze. I arrived home to find my mailbox overflowing with mail, including a package of bathing suits that I struggled to remove without damaging. I had to use scissors to carefully extract it. Another smaller package seems to contain medicine making a distinctive noise, making me concerned about the security of my mail. I took photos of the mailbox and its contents, as well as the postal carrier in a reddish/maroon SUV who delivered the items. I recently updated my address to 65 Lori Circle, Chuckey, TN [redacted] with USPS due to our recent move. Despite successfully updating it for receiving mail, I am facing difficulties with Informed Delivery and ordering priority shipping supplies on USPS.com. The website now claims my address is invalid even though mail is being delivered there. This address is correctly listed on my online account as well. It seems confusing that the address was accepted during the change of address process but is now being rejected for other services like Informed Delivery and ordering supplies. Our home is newly constructed, which might be a reason for the discrepancy. We are in need of a solution to this issue with USPS.com not recognizing our address correctly for certain services.

I am having issues with a package that has been in the possession of the company for three weeks now. They keep calling me but haven't delivered it yet. The general manager's name they provided is Gerald Smith and his email is [redacted] Despite involving the police, who guaranteed delivery, I still haven't received the package after 5 days. Tracking Number: CH[redacted]33US I need help with a package that got returned due to USPS halting deliveries to New Zealand temporarily. The return package sticker instructs me to return it to the Post Office of origin for a refund. Unfortunately, I am now in New Zealand and unable to go back to the original Post Office. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].20. I have tried calling but face issues with phone service here, leading to dropped calls. I previously initiated case number OL153119 without a response yet. It's frustrating that despite USPS's decision to halt deliveries, refunds aren't automatically processed for returned packages.

I recently received a package but didn't even bring it into my house, as I intended to return it to the sender immediately since it was not opened or tampered with. I walked two doors down to hand it back to the mailman and informed them I wanted to return it. However, to my frustration, the package was later returned to me by a different mailman, who claimed it was opened and retaped. This is inaccurate and upsetting as I followed the proper procedure. I'm disappointed with this error and want the package to be picked up promptly as I never opened it and followed the return instructions.

Package deliveries to Brentwood Chase Apartments in Gastonia, NC [redacted] were halted due to COVID-19. With restrictions lifted, USPS should resume deliveries as elderly residents can't easily collect essential medications from the Post Office. Despite the USPS being contracted by Amazon for residential deliveries, packages were redirected to the Post Office last year by the management. This impractical system inconveniences residents who can't pick up packages due to work or travel. While other apartment complexes in Gaston County receive direct deliveries, the situation at Brentwood Chase remains unaddressed. The responsibility has been shifted from the management to the Postal Service, leaving residents underserved. Immediate action is needed to resolve this service discrepancy and provide the expected package delivery service to the paying citizens.
