I ordered from McDonald's through Uber Eats, and my delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery driver took a long time to collect the order, pausing in Hammersmith for an extended period before picking up the food. The delays continued as the driver made additional drop-offs, causing the estimated time of arrival to increase. By the time my order arrived, the ice cream and milkshakes had melted, and the food was cold. I suspect the issue lies with the driver's handling of the delivery rather than the restaurant's preparation. I was unable to provide feedback to the restaurant, and I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory service. While I would have considered requesting a redelivery if possible, this option was not available. I expect a resolution as your service promises timely and quality deliveries. I have noticed that your competitor, Deliveroo, handles refunds promptly in similar situations. Please assist me in receiving a refund, or I may need to escalate this matter further.

I recently received my order from McDonald's, but unfortunately, there were several issues with it. I am missing 20 nuggets, two French fries, and all three sodas. The lids on the sodas appeared to have been tampered with as they do not fit properly on the cups. One of the bags had its stickers ripped open, and this is the bag from which the missing items were supposed to be in. Despite receiving a $5 credit, the missing items far exceed that value, comprising a significant part of my order. I am hesitant to consume the items I did receive due to the apparent tampering. Additionally, my Uber delivery was delayed by over half an hour. I kindly request a refund for my order as a long-time customer of over 2 years.

I waited for my Uber Eats delivery excitedly, tracking the progress on the McDonald’s app. The app indicated the driver was close, then nearby, but when I tried to contact the driver as suggested, I couldn't. I searched outside on my street but couldn't find him. Suddenly, the app notified me that my order was delivered when in reality, I hadn't received anything. This has happened multiple times despite correctly entering my address and providing additional information including my property number and contact number. For this inconvenience, I am requesting a refund and some form of compensation. It's frustrating to have to go out and collect my order myself after reordering, which defeats the purpose of using Uber Eats. I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately.

I have lodged two complaints regarding an Uber Eats order from Hungry Jack's. The meal I received was cold, missing the vegan whopper I paid for, and I was charged extra for it, totaling $46 instead of $31. Even with 2 large double cheeseburger meals and medium onion rings, the total does not match the amount I was charged. The missing vegan whopper would have accounted for the difference. Despite reporting the issue twice on the app, I have been told there was no mistake, which is frustrating. I feel overcharged and am seeking a refund. It's disheartening to feel dismissed by a large corporation like Hungry Jack's when trying to resolve a simple issue. I want a resolution instead of being repeatedly told the problem is fixed when it's not.

Since Friday, July 29th, my account has been compromised. I have been attempting to reach Uber's customer service via phone and email for five days now without any success. It has been impossible to get any assistance from Uber regarding this matter. Thankfully, I did manage to speak to one representative who assured me that a supervisor would contact me on Monday, which has not happened yet. The hacker has accessed my account, changed my email address and phone number, and now I am unable to log in. I had to cancel all the credit cards linked to my account and dispute the unauthorized charges since I couldn't reach Uber support. I feel violated as the hacker has personal details like my home and work addresses. It is crucial for Uber to address this security breach promptly. I ordered through Uber Eats last week from a takeaway restaurant. The transaction was processed, but the order got rejected. I noticed two incorrect charges on my credit card statement - $32.02 and $2.00 on July 28th at 1:14 pm. To correct this, I request a credit to my account promptly; otherwise, I will need to involve my bank to address these unauthorized transactions. It will be very inconvenient for me to update all my accounts once I receive a new card in 5-7 business days. I only used my card once that day at McDonald's in Pinetop, Arizona, at the drive-thru. Despite contacting them, the issue remains unresolved. Just to clarify, I do not have an Uber account and have never used their service.

On the evening of August 1st, I ordered a 1 McPlant and large fries but received a milkshake, burger, chicken nuggets, and halloumi sticks, which was not vegetarian. When I approached Mohammad, the delivery person, he seemed indifferent and then abruptly left without addressing the issue. Despite my request for a refund, the restaurant insisted I go through the app for any refunds. I insist on being reimbursed for the incorrect order I received and the way I was treated. I hope this matter is resolved promptly and suggest that cash payments be an option for accountability. Mohammad also needs additional training in customer service to prevent incidents like this in the future.

I am experiencing an issue with the Woolworths Coorparoo store on the Uber Eats app, where all items show a "customer limit of 0," preventing any purchases through the app. When trying to proceed with a purchase, a notification states that everything in the cart has a limit of 0. The problem seems to be with how the system interprets a zero limit as unavailable instead of indicating no limit. Just to clarify, I did not select multiple quantities of any item, so it is not a matter of exceeding a limit.

Tonight, I placed my first order with Uber Eats. The estimated delivery time was 8 pm. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery as neither I nor my son heard the driver at the door. Our door knocker is not very loud, and delivery people often do not use it. When my phone rang, I couldn't reach it in time due to my disability. I tried calling back, but encountered issues with the Uber customer service line. I've attempted to contact Uber online without success. This order was meant to be a special treat for my son's 30th birthday, and I am disappointed with the experience. I hope for a resolution as I am hesitant to use Uber Eats again.

I have been waiting in a chat queue for over 10 people trying to reach Uber Eats customer service. It's frustrating because I am always stuck in the chat and never get a response. I am seeking a refund for an unopened four-pack of Crown Royal whiskey cola. Unfortunately, I had to open one pack to taste it, and it was terrible. I am hoping for either a partial refund or an exchange for the opened package and the unopened one I have. I mistakenly ordered through the McDonald's app for delivery instead of pick up. I reached out to the store to request assistance in cancelling the delivery which they were unable to do and the order was delivered but not to my location. I attempted to contact Uber Eats using the provided number, but it seems to be incorrect as I couldn't connect to it.

I placed an order with McDonald's at 1:50 PM. The driver had one stop before my location. However, I have been waiting for over an hour for my delivery. The restaurant is only a 10-minute drive away, and I've been waiting for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I need to leave soon, and despite messaging and calling the driver, I have not received any response. My food is likely cold, and the ice cream has probably melted. Uber's customer service needs improvement. There should be a way for Uber to contact the driver when they are unresponsive. I have faced similar issues before with drivers having multiple accounts and discrepancies with their photos. This creates delays for customers and is unfair.

The order was for 3 meals and 3 additional hash browns, but the hash browns were missing upon delivery. Each hash brown costs £1.09, totaling £6.54 owed to Neelam Pall. Good evening, I am reaching out regarding my recent order "Point B" that your employee Sammy cancelled this evening, Friday, August 19th. Sammy claimed I was unreachable, but I have evidence in my call log of my numerous attempts to reach him within the 8-minute window. He did not answer. Furthermore, I was waiting outside, so if he had been there during the 8-minute timeframe, I would have seen him! I am requesting a refund for this order. I also want this individual to be reported as he is not honest, and as a customer, I do not want to be served by someone like him. I have never had an issue with my many orders in the past, and I hope to not encounter this type of inconvenience again. A complaint will be filed against him.

I spent $33.99 on a McDonald's order today. The driver was at a store about five minutes away from my house. However, he unexpectedly drove to the opposite side of town in Swindon and then made a stop at Coate Water. After waiting a long time, the food finally arrived, but it was all cold due to the extended journey. I have photo evidence of this incident. I am completely unsatisfied with this service and would like a full refund promptly. Please respond to me as soon as possible.

Order number 1946A: I recently had a conversation with the customer regarding this order. Unfortunately, the communication was challenging as she seemed adamant about events that did not occur on our end. At the conclusion of our discussion, she appeared to disconnect the call prematurely, expressing frustration with a dismissive comment. Despite our efforts, she expressed no willingness to cooperate from the outset. Regrettably, following the preparation of the food, the customer decided to cancel the order. While the food was ready for delivery, the customer chose to retract the request. Our records show that the tablet automatically paused after 10 minutes, leading to the cancellation of the order. The customer service representative informed her of her right to cancel, but we also uphold our right to be compensated for the prepared food. Should this simple policy not be acknowledged, legal action may be necessary.
