I am getting charged for Apple Music and I cannot access it. I got a replacement phone and I have a new Apple ID now. When I try to log in to Apple Music it says my login is already in use and I can’t log in. I am supposed to have FREE Apple Music because I upgraded my plan. My new Apple ID is *****@***.com. My OLD Apple ID is *****@***.com which is where I had a lot of music downloaded. Can you please assist me on what I need to do? I was recently charged $**.** again too.
