I’m trying to get my bill situation resolved, I’m trying to get my upgrade taken care of, and Verizon can step up and give me a upgrade to a iPhone ** on them since they have allowed * phones purchased on my account total and I was still using a iPhone *. ... On ******** I received * verification codes that my account was trying to be used. I contacted Verizon immediately. I let the Verizon representative know that I had been sent * codes and he assured me modify was getting into the account and there was no activity. I even asked him to double check because just * months prior someone had walked into a Verizon store in Texas and purchased (*) IPhone **’s, changed my address and all other kinds of stuff and it had taken over a month to get situated. Now once again he said the codes must have been sent by mistake this time. So I said okay and hung up. Fast forward * hours later I received paperwork and recipients showing my bill was now going up due to my recent purchase of a iPhone **, and accessories. Well guess my account wasn’t so safe once again someone in Texas walked into the store and done the same stuff. This like I said was on ******** and today is **********. I have made numerous calls wasted many hours trying to get this taken care of and still nothing. I can’t even upgrade my service due to Verizon still showing the fraudulent phone purchase. I’m having to pretty much work off my iPad because I have no phone at this time. The situation can be resolved with me getting my upgrade on Verizon to a iPhone ** since they so freely give them out on my account, and the bill for the previous month they have takes a late fee on they can write off. I’ve been with Verizon approximately * years and this has and continues to be the biggest headache. Now my family wonders due to Verizon giving accessibility to my address, phone number, and other information is my family safe?
I have lost many hours of work, and my customers can’t get ahold of me when needed. Now on top of that I’ve got to contact all three credit unions to make sure the flag my account in case the people try to purchase other things with the information Verizon gave out!
Take the month of November bill off and they can give me a iPhone ** on them since they freely give them out on my account to whom ever walks in.
I’ve been with Verizon approximately *-* years and I keep my bill paid. My service has never been suspended that I recall due to anything.
I’ve contacted fraud department with absolutely nothing being resolved, and was pretty much told this happens all the time. When I said I’ll look at taking my service elsewhere. I was told okay well sorry to hear that, have a great day. I’ve contacted customer service *-* times and on the phone over * hours and nothing is fixed or resolved, I filled out tickets to be resolved on the Verizon app still nothing.
