Today, I visited the Victoria's Secret store at the Mall of Georgia to exchange a purchase. The line was long, and only one cashier was assisting customers. Another staff member was present but appeared unhelpful. I followed directions to switch lines, only to be told to go back by the unhelpful staff member. This confusion added to the delay. The demeanor of the staff member was rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Despite multiple opportunities to assist, the staff member made the situation more challenging with their unhelpful behavior. After encountering this poor customer service, I felt compelled to express my disappointment. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this store in the future. It is crucial for the store management to address such behaviors to retain loyal customers.

I placed an order last night for 10 pieces of underwear for $35 and a bra for $25. Today, when I tried to find my confirmation email, it was missing. I used PayPal for the payment, but there seems to have been a glitch between the sites, resulting in my order not going through even though my card was charged. The refund will take 2-3 days. Despite this, I would like to re-order today and still receive the promotional price. Thank you.

While shopping for my granddaughter, who loves pink, I encountered Julie about 25 minutes into my visit at the store. She was initially helpful and welcoming, informing me that she was available for any assistance I needed. However, between 1-1:30pm, Julie's behavior took a negative turn. Along with a couple of other customers, I witnessed her rudely addressing and belittling another staff member. Witnessing this confrontation was distressing, leading me to leave the store without making a purchase. I relocated my shopping to Francesca's across from Victoria's Secret. As I walked past Victoria's Secret, I noticed the staff member who had been yelled at exiting with smudged makeup, indicating she had been upset. I feel compelled to report this incident as it is unacceptable to witness such behavior in a retail setting. Despite not knowing all the details, mistreatment of employees is never justifiable in any circumstance.

I went shopping yesterday and returned some items. I was too tired to check my orders and receipts. I returned $[redacted] worth of items but only received a $90 coupon. I noticed I was charged more than expected for a small item. I'm considering returning everything I bought, getting a refund of $[redacted], and using my $90 coupon for a new purchase.

Hello, I'm Bri’gette, and I would like to express my disappointment with the process of redeeming my 50% discount. I interacted with three customer service agents, one of whom was friendly but inexperienced. She was unable to apply my code and advised me to reach out again later. The next agent required a full explanation, then directed me to yet another person after I provided my payment details. This entire situation was frustrating, especially since a previous coupon was canceled, preventing me from using it. I hope the issues with coupon redemption can be resolved to prevent similar experiences for others. After two hours, the matter was eventually resolved. I purchased a pair of classic black mini boots in size 5 from Victoria's Secret along with two more items. However, I received the wrong order - classic mint UGG boots in size 6, a completely different style and color. Additionally, one of the items I ordered was missing from the package. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the correct boots would be sent to me and I would receive the missing item. Despite following up on the tracking number the following Friday, I was told that the correct boots were out of stock and that I would receive a refund, which was not what I wanted. Dealing with Victoria's Secret has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of concern for customers. I was eagerly anticipating my order, but now I have received the wrong items and one missing, only to be told the correct boots are unavailable. This experience has left me dissatisfied and I will not be shopping at Victoria's Secret again.

I recently visited the new shop in La Canada Malaga, Spain, which is the closest store to me. Unfortunately, the staff there couldn't provide proper information. I waited for 15 minutes to pay, even though there were two people working at the cashier. They only allowed one person to charge at a time. After waiting, they handed me a ripped paper bag. When I asked for another one, they rudely insisted that only one bag per purchase was allowed, giving me dirty looks. I then requested to speak with a manager, which resulted in another 15-minute wait. In the end, I left and completed my Christmas shopping at Douglas shop across the street. Despite being a client of Victoria's Secret for over 30 years, I have never experienced such poor treatment.

Hello, I'm Virginia G. My order number is E[redacted]53 and it was placed on November 30th from Germany. Unfortunately, the package couldn't be delivered due to an error in the recipient address. It's on its way back to the sender, Victoria's Secret, and I couldn't prevent it. This was not my fault. I possess a Victoria's Secret credit card and have encountered multiple issues trying to use it both in-store and online since June [redacted]. Despite contacting customer service several times and requesting a new card starting in July [redacted], I have yet to receive a replacement due to a system "glitch." Initially, I was told by a customer service representative that the last 3 digits on my card were invalid, leading to declined transactions and the need for manual verification via phone or in-store. Although assured a new card would be sent to me within two weeks during a recent call on 12/1/22, I faced further embarrassment when attempting to make purchases in-store on 12/8/22. Despite providing my driver's license, I was unable to complete the transactions without the new card generated but not yet received.
