I have a Mobile Router. I purchased a "data" sim from Vodafone because I was told by store-staff that I could not get service for broadband in my locality, or apartment, but that the coverage was very good in the same.**Since upgrading my data plan in February of this year (****), the service has become non-existent and an adpect of the Vodafone application has stopped working* information on the specific plan and data usage is no longer displayed. An attempted "fix" worked until I made a complaint about the fact that I am paying for a service that I cannot use. The response was that Vodafone is only responsible for supplying the service to the door* any problems with the service in the property is not the responsiblity of Vodafone.**I was told that there was a problem with the only mast in proximity to my apartment and that it would be resolved. This, I flagged in March* I was informed only recently that the problem has been resolved. It makes no difference to my service.**Essentially, I need the app issue to be resolved, however, I need resolution on my contract because I believe it is unreasonable of Vodafone to expect payment for a service it does not provide, or, for Vodafone to tell me that it is not responsible for the service I do, or do not receive in my apartment.
