I canceled my WOW service two years ago after experiencing internet issues when my family began working remotely. Despite technicians visiting twice without resolving the problem, I decided to terminate the service after the third failed attempt. Recently, creditors have been contacting me regarding a $[redacted] termination fee that I was not aware of because WOW does not provide confirmation emails. Strangely, they did contact me to settle an outstanding balance of $0.08, which I paid over the phone. Now, I am facing harassment over this termination fee with no proof to provide as requested by WOW's customer service. The situation is frustrating, and I feel helpless in resolving it.

I have a WOW Communications account and use Windows 10 with Google as my browser. When I log into my Wow account, Google remembers my password. When I try to access Billing by clicking on Manage Billing, a new screen appears with the same URL. This prompts me to enter a different password, creating confusion as Google can only remember one password per URL. I'm frequently changing passwords because of this issue. I believe WOW should consider changing the URL name when accessing Manage Billing so that Google can remember both passwords. This would make it much easier for users like me. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for the Wow product (Amla shampoo) on May 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received my complete order yet. Along with the shampoo, I was supposed to receive a free sample of cream, but I only received the apple cider vinegar on May 23. I paid 405rs for the Amla shampoo from Wow online, and I have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with my order. I received a call from ECom Express regarding my products, and even though I explained that I have not received my complete order, they insisted that it will be delivered within a week. I received great service on Monday through an ACP transfer, only to find my cell phone turned off now. They claim I have a new carrier. I'm stranded without a phone. I finally found out it's due to switching my internet account from AT&T to WOW. Now, I have a seven-day penalty from Lifeline. They say I'll receive a new phone within seven days, hopefully with the same number. The phone carrier mystery is solved, but now I have another problem. I wonder why I could connect my Roku to the internet yesterday, but today I can't. Please don't suggest calling WOW; it's not a laughing matter.

Hello Team, I am requesting the executive number for direct contact to address recurring issues with order cancellations without prior notice. Please ensure prompt resolution to facilitate timely delivery since changing delivery dates frequently is inconvenient as per your website's guidelines. Despite following up on my previous order BANG33884 repeatedly, there has been no response leading to its cancellation after waiting for 2 weeks and sending numerous emails. Subsequently, a new order, Bang53195, continues to encounter the same challenges. Communication regarding deliveries is lacking, with notifications only received at the actual delivery time. I am notifying about an unauthorized and improperly installed Wow service that occurred on July 3rd or 4th at [redacted] Crystal Court E, Palm Harbor, FL [redacted] in the Crystal Lake Condo Community. The cable wire from the box extends across various areas in an unsightly manner into the Windmill Point community. This installation needs immediate removal. I have informed a representative about the issue, but no action has been taken yet. As a Crystal Lake Community board member, this has been reported to our board and property management. I haven't had the [redacted]-speed service since I signed up. I had a technician visit who mentioned briefly seeing the speed but left before verifying it with me. I believe I am set up for automatic payments, but I may need to cancel them until the issue is resolved. I'm requesting a technician to come back and ensure the speed is consistently at [redacted]. I don't feel I should be charged for this month due to the ongoing slow speed problems. I want this matter resolved promptly. Please prioritize fixing this issue thoroughly. There are new cables being installed in my neighborhood in Rivergate Subdivision, Clinton Twp, off M-59 by a company called Medic. Unfortunately, Medic has left behind a large pile of cable supplies on my curbside and I am unable to reach them to come pick it up. I have tried contacting Wow, without success. If this matter is not resolved, my next step may be involving the police. As an elderly individual living alone, it is difficult for me to handle this situation on my own. I was advised during a chat to switch to TV+ to cut down on my bill. I received a number and access code for the upgrade department. Although the access code worked, the number led to tech support, who would not connect me to the upgrade team. They only offered to troubleshoot or schedule a technician visit. Despite not having an issue, I just wanted to discuss TV+. In a different chat, I was instructed to call the main number, which I previously attempted and waited on hold for an hour and a half before giving up. The last time I needed to speak with a WOW! representative, it took three hours for them to answer. It seems like their customer service has deteriorated, and they lack the willingness to assist with problems.

This is my first time playing World of Warcraft. I bought the Dragonflight expansion and created a few characters. The problem I'm encountering is in Dalaran City. I have a demon hunter, and the island you need to float to reach Fel Hammer is missing. It's now floating Dalaran rocks, and the broken wall in the landing is now fixed. Additionally, my loading screens now display Wrath of the Lich King instead of Legion. I think I just need to repair the integrity of the game files. I'll do that and still send this message.

Three days ago, a service technician came to assist with my new TV. I requested my TV remain non-Roku, but he attempted to connect it anyway. After the failed attempt, another person named Kurt promised to assist, but I haven't heard from him. I am still experiencing Roku pop-ups on my screen. When I contacted customer service, I was told they couldn't help. I am extremely frustrated and demand management contact me promptly as I may need a new TV, for which I will hold the company responsible.

Our remote is malfunctioning since we had Wow installed a week ago. Whenever we power it on, it also triggers the record button due to a defect. The equipment seems substandard, especially the remotes. I am extremely disappointed with Wow's service quality. We request a technician to inspect the setup. I have been in collections for 2 years for $[redacted], which I did not incur. Despite being a long-time customer with payments on time, I did not receive my bills for 3 months due to an address error. The bills were being sent to a wrong address in St. Petersburg, causing confusion. When I finally found out and paid, it affected my credit score negatively. I have planned a trip to Venice for a friend's wedding in September. The dates are 9/29/23 for the reception at NH Collection Murano and 9/30/23 for the wedding at Belmond Cipriani. The Wow Fare "Travel expert" who handled my airfares and hotel stays did not arrange ground transportation for me. I am unsure if I have to arrange transport myself or if I can simply pick up a cab or bus upon arrival at the airport. This is my first time visiting and I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I have noticed fluctuations in my bill and would like to reduce it to the most affordable rate for the Internet [redacted] plan. Occasionally, there are increases with charges like enhancement fees or a $3 statement fee, prompting me to explore ways to minimize my expenses. Additionally, we currently lease a modem but are considering purchasing our own equipment to potentially decrease our bill. Since we experience lagging internet and issues with streaming apps and video games, I am contemplating either lowering costs with my current provider or researching alternatives with higher internet speeds to address these concerns.

I inquired about getting internet at my residence at [redacted] Sophia Ct, Auburn, AL [redacted], but was informed that there is already service at my address. This seems to be an error on your part. I am not a customer of WOW, but I believe my neighbor across the street, Jim T., who lives at [redacted] Sophia Court, Auburn, AL [redacted], has his service with you and my address might be attached to his account mistakenly. I constructed my house in [redacted], and I have been the sole resident. Jim T. purchased his house several months after I moved in. My previous service was from June [redacted] until [redacted] with the number [redacted]. However, it seems that the address was listed as Sophia Way instead of Sophia Court back then. I contacted WOW on August 16, [redacted], to cancel my Internet service and was provided with work order number [redacted]7 for the disconnection. Although my account was paid through September 3, I noticed on September 5 that the service was still active and a new bill was generated. Upon calling WOW, they acknowledged the work order in their system but mentioned it was not processed. I find it perplexing that they are unable to deactivate the service promptly. I have been attempting for a few weeks now to have the unpublished number removed from our bill and to have our phone number reinstated in the telephone directory. I have encountered difficulties as the individuals I have spoken to do not seem to grasp the matter. Could you kindly address this issue for us? The request is straightforward – we no longer wish for our phone number to be unpublished. We request for our phone number to be listed in the phone book again. Kindly take the necessary steps and discontinue the monthly fee of $5.00. Thank you for your assistance.
