While using Zoosk last night, I mistakenly clicked on a link that led to a purchase page, which I declined. Unfortunately, I later found out that I was charged around $80 for something I never intended to buy. I want to clarify that I did not authorize this charge, and I urge you to refund it promptly as I have encountered similar situations before. Hello, I attempted to contact a live chat representative this morning, but they directed me to a technical support person who required payment, which I declined. I encountered two issues: 1. I tried to place my account on hold last night, but woke up to find I had been charged $29.95 plus tax for this 30-day period. Also, while trying to place my account on hold, I was mistakenly charged $19.95 plus tax for coins, which I did not intend to do. I am frustrated with the website's navigation challenges. On June 1, [redacted], I signed up on Zoosk, my favorite website where I've been a member for years. I created my profile, added pictures, and exchanged a few messages with some ladies. However, I noticed that my picture icon went missing, and I couldn't send messages. A popup insisted on adding a picture to continue talking to women. After adding more photos, they were also removed for not meeting guidelines, even though they were professionally taken and free of copyrights. I suspect foul play like unauthorized tags on my photos. It's odd that Zoosk is cracking down suddenly. My account is inactive on day one, which is concerning. I plan to contact them for clarification and hope they reach out to the ladies. Having all my pictures vanish is quite suspicious. I am experiencing several issues. Firstly, I am unable to access PayPal or successfully use my credit card on the website. Despite contacting my bank to verify no blocks on my card, each attempt to input my credit card details or use PayPal results in an error page. Considering a mismatch between my email and credit card, I tried reverting to my old email, but encountered difficulties as the system deletes information upon attempting to update. I am frustrated as I am unable to speak with someone over the phone for a straightforward resolution. In the meantime, I find myself at a loss of $40. I would appreciate either a resolution to the technical issues or a prompt refund, given that I only registered yesterday.

I have been trying to access my Zoosh account for two weeks but have been unsuccessful despite following all the steps suggested. My membership is paid for but unusable, and all my credit cards have been compromised. I am unable to access my social account as well. Hello, I am Virginia D. from Newcastle, NSW, Australia. There has been a security breach on my Zoosk account overnight, and despite changing my password, I am unable to log in as someone seems to have taken over my account. Additionally, both my Facebook and Messenger accounts were also hacked, which I suspect is the same person. I have reported this to Facebook security. The individual who hacked my Facebook and Messenger accounts managed to scam me, but fortunately, my bank's fraud squad helped recover my money. I believe this might be a retaliatory attack. I am distressed as this person is attempting to scam my friends and clients, leading to multiple alerts from acquaintances who received scam messages. I have evidence of these activities. Being locked out of my Zoosk account is affecting my responsibilities within my Aged Care group, adding stress and anxiety as the vulnerable individuals I care for are impacted. My reputation is at stake, and I fear that my friends on Zoosk may also be targeted. I diligently log out after each Zoosk session. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Jatt, you disagree with the decision Usually, it takes just one day to review your information. Your account is not visible to people on Facebook, and you cannot use it. What happens next We will look at your account again. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have fewer people available to review information. This means we may not be able to review your account. If we find that your account complies with our community standards, you will be able to use Facebook again. If we find that your account does not comply with our community standards, it will be permanently closed and you will not be able to appeal.

I previously requested my Zoosk subscription to be canceled on September 1st, but I was billed again. Please stop and cancel this immediately. Thank you. You will not be charged for any further renewals, but you can still enjoy your subscription benefits until September 15, [redacted]. For the past week, I've been experiencing an issue with Zoosk emails. When I try to click on the links to view messages, a window pops up with just the word "Gone". Despite clearing cookies and cache, the problem persists. I'm relieved I'm not a paying member. Even though I've marked the emails as spam, they keep coming. This unusual behavior is suspicious, and I can't find any information about it on website forums or complaints. The page remains blank with only the word "Gone" on it, making it impossible to access my account or view profiles.

Hello, I have been using Zoosk on and off for years. In the past, as a subscription holder, I didn't face any issues meeting people. However, for the last four years, despite paying many times, I have struggled to make meaningful connections for dating. I feel like I might be facing discrimination or profiling without understanding why. During my interactions, I always maintained clean, respectful, and professional conversations with women I met. My intentions were genuine, aiming to chat, meet, and potentially develop a lasting relationship based on chemistry and connection. While there were instances where connections didn't work out, I believe in equal opportunities for everyone to find love on Zoosk. I recently discovered a $29.95 charge on my bank statement from a dating site. As a 64-year-old widowed individual on a fixed income and disabled, I have no intention of using such a service. This unauthorized charge led to overdrafts on my account, resulting in an extra $39 in fees. After contacting the customer service representative, they acknowledged the suspicious nature of the transaction, closed the account, and assured me of a refund. However, it has been a week, and I have yet to receive the reimbursement. To make matters worse, there were two charges impacting funds crucial for my living expenses. I am in urgent need of my medication. I seek a resolution to this problem promptly, including the reversal of both $29.95 charges and at least one overdraft fee to mitigate the financial strain caused by this situation.
