Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my eBay account because it got suspended for using a VPN. eBay requires verification via text, but my account only has a landline number and no mobile number. I recently opened a new account with a mobile number, but that account was also suspended even though I hadn't used it yet. My main account has been reinstated, but I can't sign in without verifying it. The automated phone system directs me to go online, but I can't receive texts on my landline. It would be helpful if eBay could transfer the mobile number from my new account to my old account for verification or allow email verification like they used to. I'm feeling frustrated with this situation.

Account Issue: We encountered a problem with our previous eBay account (Zavo_0) as an employee deceitfully created it leading to our inability to access it. Despite our efforts to recover it, we were unsuccessful. This resulted in the suggestion from an eBay representative to create a new account, hence the creation of ZAVO, which was promptly suspended. No activity occurred on this account prior to its suspension. I suspect that ZAVO was suspended due to being perceived as a duplicate account. I seek guidance on how to establish a new selling account that will not face suspension as a duplicate, allowing us to continue using eBay's services. I want to highlight that although I maintain multiple eBay accounts for personal and business use, they are distinct in terms of the items traded. Each legal entity (personal, business 1, business 2) has only one associated account, except for the aforementioned Zavo accounts.

On September 22, [redacted], I placed an order for an iRobot Roomba i8+ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Dirt Disposal i8550 via seller ID moevy98 on eBay. The order number is 21-07[redacted]6, and the tracking number provided is 1Z8FY[redacted]08. However, despite my efforts to contact the seller multiple times, I have not received any response. I have been trying for four days to resolve the transportation issue surrounding my order, but it remains unresolved. The package, which was supposed to contain the Roomba I8+, was mistakenly assigned the wrong tracking number (1Z8FY[redacted]08), leading it to be delivered to someone else in my neighborhood. I have spoken with USPS and UPS, and they have indicated that eBay is aware of this issue affecting multiple customers. I am now requesting eBay to refund the amount of $[redacted].97 for the undelivered item.

[redacted]. After realizing the high total cost due to import charges and shipping fees, I have decided to cancel. There are also voltage and plug compatibility issues between UK and US appliances that I did not initially consider. Today, I attempted to contact eBay customer service but only reached automated systems, which I found challenging due to my limited tech skills. I came across an item on eBay (link: [redacted]) listed as a statue measuring 18"x10"x5" available for purchase with a make offer option. After offering $[redacted] US, my bid was accepted on September 18, [redacted], and I made the payment via PayPal. However, when the item arrived a few days later, I received a statue only 10.5" high, not the 18" one I had paid for. The seller claimed it was a mistake by their staff and later changed the description to reflect the smaller size. I have evidence in PDF format of the original listing showing the dimensions I agreed to. I have raised a complaint with eBay, requesting the 18" statue as per our agreement, rather than a refund. I believe a contract was formed between the seller and me, and I expect them to fulfill their end of the deal. I am skeptical about eBay's ability to resolve this fairly, as my previous encounters have not always been in the customer's favor. It is likely they will opt for an easier refund process, necessitating a return of the incorrect item, which I am not willing to accept.

I'm inquiring about a refund of $30.96 from one of your suppliers. A few months ago, I purchased an LCD for a Stylo 6 cell phone but received information for a Stylo 5 instead. The package was stolen from my front door, I never received the item or the refund. The payment was made using a Bluebird American Express debit card ending in [redacted]. Despite contacting Bluebird multiple times, the refund never appeared on that card, and I have since closed the account. Eccotek insists they issued the refund, but neither Bluebird nor I received it. After speaking with an eBay representative regarding a separate issue with auto parts, I was promptly refunded without any issues. The eBay rep assured me the $30.96 refund would be sent to my Visa card a week ago, but it has not shown up. Please investigate this matter and help me retrieve my missing refund.

Dear eBay, I am reaching out regarding the suspension of my account, which I believe was unjust. I have solid evidence that proves the buyer's claims against me are unfounded. On April 18th, I sold an authentic item with proof of its validity, but the buyer, under request number: [redacted] closed on the 17th of June, refused to return the item despite my offers to cover the return shipping costs. Although I provided evidence of the item's authenticity, including the original receipt from the official distributor, the buyer still insisted on returning it, alleging it was not as expected. The buyer did not provide any pictures of the received item as requested, neglected to return it within the allowed time frame, and did not respond to my messages nor agreed to return the item even when I offered to cover the return shipping costs. I have successfully defended my position in a PayPal case demonstrating the authenticity of the item. I request a review of the facts surrounding this incident to reinstate my eBay account promptly, as its suspension has significantly impacted my business operations. I contacted you on September 17 to cancel 5 cards valued at $[redacted] each. I provided the card details and was assured by the representative that they were successfully canceled. Upon contacting the seller and learning that 4 cards were still used, I called back to inquire yesterday. Despite being informed that the cards were deactivated, I discovered that they were not. The cards' first nine numbers are [redacted] [redacted], followed by [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. This discrepancy has put me at a loss of $[redacted]. I am eager to understand what occurred and seek a resolution. It seems prudent to consider recording future interactions with companies like eBay for clarity.

I bought a cell phone on eBay, but they don't have a record of my purchase. I have proof of payment from my credit card statement dated 9/24/21 with the eBay transaction number. I also got an email from eBay the same day confirming my payment and providing a tracking number for delivery on Thu, Sep. 30. When I try to track the package, it says there's an issue without explanation. The order number now shows no items found. The seller emailed me on 9/29 to say they can't ship the phone because it's unpaid. My current phone is broken, causing me to miss a critical call about a family member in the hospital who passed away before I got the message. This situation is frustrating. eBay's lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating. I want the phone shipped urgently with the best protective gear to make up for the stress this has caused. This could have been solved with better customer support.

On 9/28, I received an email from what seemed to be Amazon regarding a $[redacted] monitor purchase. The email included an attached receipt. I contacted the number provided in the email to dispute the purchase. Following their instructions, I purchased $[redacted] worth of eBay cards at Walgreens to verify my address but quickly realized it was a scam after providing the numbers on the cards. I am seeking assistance in blocking these cards and possibly recovering the $[redacted] before the scammer can use them. In April, I purchased a dirt bike wheel for $[redacted].99, totaling $[redacted] with tax. My order included various items from different sellers, and I used multiple gift cards as payment. Although all items processed successfully, the dirt bike wheel payment failed. After contacting eBay customer service, they advised me it would be treated as a refused sale, and I'd receive a credit on my gift card. They encouraged me to repay for the wheel for prompt shipping. However, I have yet to see the credit on my gift card(s) used in the April order. I purchased three hairpieces totaling $[redacted].79 and used my eBay card with $[redacted] on it initially, leaving a balance of $1.79. Upon trying to pay the remaining balance with my Visa card, it was declined even though I believe I had sufficient funds. When I attempted to use a different card, the $[redacted] from the eBay card disappeared from the total amount, causing confusion. I am from Russia but I utilize the services of the transportation company Polar Express located in the USA. I encountered an issue where one of my purchased Pacific Legend shirts showed a "not delivered" status on eBay, even though it was delivered. This led to my eBay account being banned because I couldn't update the shipping status. I need invoices to bring items to Russia, but I failed to obtain them despite contacting the sellers. I placed an order for a metal shear on October 2, [redacted], from ebay seller ebaysuperdealsnsales77. There was an issue with shipping to a PO box, which is not my address.
