Emirates offers hotel accommodation for passengers who have a long layover in Dubai due to a flight change, under their Dubai Connect service. This is only applicable if the layover is between 8-24 hours for Economy passengers, and 6-24 hours for First Class or Business Class passengers. The hotel service includes a complimentary stay, meals at the hotel, and ground transportation to and from the airport. Please note that you need to meet certain conditions to benefit from this service. Once eligibility is confirmed, the service can be booked though Manage your booking on the Emirates website. If your situation doesn't meet these criteria, you will have to arrange your own accommodation.
