Been with Duke Energy since it came to Cincinnati in **s. I have several properties all serviced by Duke Energy. Had a bill dispute never resolved in **** although they said it was in ****. The bill came up again when systems were changed and cannot get more service cut back on because now they say we can't verify your identity although I have upwards of ** separate residential services for tge po ast **years. A complete cluster, no verified complaint department and complete shambles
