collect my purchase money ... I returned te * devices each cost me $**.** charged to my account on ********.*these were returned to you and I am wondering why I haven't received my two credits of $**.**. May I hear from you regarding this.
it's been frustrating because I have tried speaking to someone but it seems there isn't anyone assigned to answer calls and give good information.
I want my money back and one of the * charges, either $*.** or $*.** which were charges for the two (*) devices. I also paid $*.** to return them on *****.
This was my first time with your company. First of all I was charged for * accounts which baffles me. I did expect better service. I should have known better because when I cancelled very shortly after the purchase, I didn't receive good vibes.
Same thing from beginning to end - getting the runaround. I am not happy!
