I was in serious need of another AC unit. I paid online via Menards website for same day delivery. The updates on the website did not match or inform me about who was delivering or ETA. It said shipped! Then it said picked up by guest. I didn't pick it up. I emailed immediately, no response. I called at *:** and was told the store was closed. Found out the next day, the store was open till *. The website didn't explain that the guest pick up was Door Dash. ***$ just walked away. There was never a delivery. No picture. No knock at the door. No call. Nothing left outside my door. I have a door camera. Buyers beware, Be careful
